Проблема в том, что выставив в биосе максимальную частоту 3,9 ГГц (3,5 ГГц штатная) в Винде 7 все гонится нормально, при полной загрузке все 4 ядра работают на максимальной частоте 3,9, в OpenSuSe 12....
