I suggest a separate circuit other than the wire used in your charge 'hot wire' in your trailer plug. I suggest minimum of 6 B&S cable from your TV start or better still dual battery (if you had one) ...

i try not to cook at dark... but if i'm making some popcorn a lantern or headlamp is usually sufficient. if i'm hooked up, there's a light right next to the outdoor stove.

I believe, you cannot leave your campsite "unattended" for a certain number of hours. Can't say I'd condone this, campsites in good places are hard to come by, they should be used and enjoyed.
