Hi, So sorry to hear you are dealing with a recurrence. Here is a good place to start MSK in New York does participate in research and clinical trials. I'm not sure of what's offered now but I did use Dr Tiffany Traina for my second opinion she specializes in her TNBC. I was very pleased her with knowledge and she worked together with my current oncologist to come up with my plan . Sending you good vibes and strength as you navigate through this.Hugs.

Hi all,

I was diagnosed with tnbc July 24 when breastfeeding.
Did all the standard treatment, mastectomy, Pembrolizimab, radiotherapy all went fairly smoothly but I have local recurrence on breast and supraclavicular lymph nodes. I'm her2 low, so have started enhertu, but my gut feeling is it isn't doing much so far.
I'm in UK, but willing and able to travel if needed.
I'm keen to explore other options such as neoantigen vaccines, or any potentially helpful US trials. I'm new to all this, as I didn't read up at all first time round and am not sure who are the experts in tnbc.
Any advice welcome!

Hello, I'm wondering if you are still looking for people to interview for the TNAC project you're working on.

Welcome New Members : Anyone refuse chemo 7 Jul 10:36 AM (3 months ago)

I was diagnosed with stage 1, grade 2 TNBC.  Tumor size was 12mm by 8mm.  I had a full mastectomy and they found no lymph involvement.  I agreed to chemo but only had two infusions.  I was so sick from the chemo and ended up in the hospital with critically low white blood cell levels.

I am not going to continue with chemo because it was so damaging to my body.  My age (72) may be a factor, but chemo is just not possible for me.

I am opting for alternative methods because I don't have other options.  I'll let you know how it goes.  Right now we are in the research phase to learn what treatment options may be effective.

Hello everyone,

I am 36 yr old female just got diagnosed with TNBC Grade 3. I am so scared but I have started eating v healthy and have been working out regularly (brisk walk and yoga). Does that help? I had a lump that i found and got it checked. It is 2.6cm. I have an appointment with breast surgeon. I have been reading this book called "The Smart Woman's Guide To Breast Cancer" and it has been helping me a lot. I would highly recommend. What should i expect next? I dont know what stage yet but they did tell me i have that 2.6 cm lump and no involvement of lymph nodes. What do i need to get for following procedures and treatment. I am ready for this and I am so lucky to have you all. I hope all of us recover and get well soon. Thank you in advance!!!!
