Can anyone tell me how i reboot the climate control .I have regased, cabin filter,blend door is operating ok .a youtube video says hold volume and browze button at the same time,only problem on my Australian 2011 jeep grand cherokee those buttons dont exist.regards Steve.

By popular demand, is there any news on model year 2026 WL? Most, I believe, are wondering and hoping they will put the Hurricane I6 in it.

Initially the refresh was set for 2025 but somehow got delayed to 2026. My suspicions, they had a lot of parts over from slow sales of 2025 so they kept it the same. Maybe it will be a short model year and we’ll find out sooner rather than later.

You cannot remove the shock from the air spring. Plenty have tried and failed. The most recent part numbers end in AH. The part number sticker for these is at the top of the aier strut. There is a part number on the bottom of the shock that is the same on both sides and which you cannot find online. Mine was 68029506AE. You should disregard this part number when searching for...

WK2 Air Strut Replacement Instructions (I learned the hard way on my 2014 GJC Overland with Quadralift)

I was doing some work under the hood and I caught this thing with my glove. Something flew off (I'm assuming a red tab) and disappeared.

What is this part and how do I secure it? Do I need to worry about it?

In the last few weeks there is this annoying rubbery noise when I press the brake pedal on my 2015 Grand Cherokee.
It feels as if some grease is missing on the rubber seal where the rod of the brake booster located so that when the rod is moving you have metal against a dry rubber with the result of the noise.
I tried to move the rubber cap and spray some W40 but with no luck!
Anyone else has the same issue ?

my 2018 Compass won’t start. It just clicks. Took it to the mechanic where they put in a new battery, auxiliary battery and starter but that didn’t fix the issue. It’s still clicking and not turning over. They made sure the motor isn’t ceased.

The mechanics are really trying to figure this out but haven’t had any luck yet.

What could the issue be? Any ideas? The compass only has 80,000 miles on it.

Good morning. I have a couple of questions about the stop/start feature in my 2019 jeep compass. in April of this year (2022) my stop/start function stopped working. I took the jeep to the dealer and they had to replace the auxiliary battery. that was 8 months ago and now it has started not to work again. Paddle Shifters not working

I recently installed the Vland LED Headlight Conversion on my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. The installation was pretty straightforward, though it could have used more details on the electrical setup. I'm really impressed with how much brighter the headlights are and the overall look they give my Jeep. However, I'm not a fan of the blue DRL that lights up during the startup sequence. Does anyone know how to disable or stop the blue DRL from turning on at startup?

I know this has been done to death but the oil for my GC eco diesel 2019 is rarer than hens teeth here in the UK.

I either get told it’s 5w30 not 5w40
Or most suppliers won’t recommend a suitable replacement

I was able to clear the Check Engine Light but the Error Code P0456 stays in the engine memory, it says " Permanent" and also says " very small leak". I am due for a smog check and I don't think I will pass with this code in the engine memory. Any advice, procedure to do it?

Everywhere I see online these are supposed to be over the air. I have a valid subscription to Jeep Connect, yet the maps are on version May 2021
TomTom confirmed they have maps from September 2022. Jeep Connect support has no idea how this is supposed to work and keeps trying to deflect.

Anyone else have this issue?

Jeep Connect did confirm others are complaining as well. Curious why they have it all over the site about remote updates yet the support reps have no idea...

Hi Folks, So I'm 2 weeks into owning my 2018 Trail hawk and to be honest I'm not sure what to think. So many annoying little things. What surprised me most is how much road noise you can hear in the cabin. Even the smallest imperfections in the road produce what I can only express as a low thundering type of noise. As if you are sitting inside a big drum. It's terrible. My 2005 Chrysler 300C with 22-inch wheels has more of a quiet ride!

My husband and I are interested in buying a Jeep to flat tow behind our motorhome. Because of my physical limitations, it needs to be a comfortable vehicle. Flat towing

Just changed battery in 2017 Grand Cherokee, and now randomly won’t start. Battery low at 11.50 volts. Charging good at 14.7 volts. Some times a week before going low, other times immediatley after shutting off. No pattern to it at all. No issues before battery change. Anyone have similar problems?

I just added an aftermarket brake controller to my grand Cherokee.
The dealer activated the trailer wiring.

When I hook up to my trailer and press the brake my headlight go out.

How can it be September 2025 and we still don't have clear pictures of the updated 2026 models? I can only find a couple of pics online showing bits and pieces of the front and rear ends and one or two of the interior changes.

Can't seem to find much in the way of real answers. I have removed the rear seat panel to expose the interior air lines. There are many color coded air lines. Any ideas on what to disconnect to release the lumbar air bladder??
