When I first wrote this guide back in 2019, I was attending Affiliate World as an attendee and sometimes a speaker, figuring out the city and the event like everyone else. Fast forward a few years, and things look very different. Today I serve as COO of Affiliate World Conferences, and I oversee our Bangkok show along with our Dubai. That means I’ve experienced this event from both sides: as someone hustling for meetings on the exhibition floor, and now as someone who leads and runs the entire show. This update isn’t just a traveler’s guide anymore, it’s built on years of behind the scenes experience and watching thousands of affiliates, entrepreneurs, and brands make the most of Affiliate World Asia. Thailand’s capital city is full of culture, exquisite cuisines, and plenty of leisure activities. Here is what you need to know, where you need to go, and what you need to eat! Check it out!

The easiest way to get online now? eSIMs. Apps like Esimatic, Saily, or even AIS’s own traveler eSIM let you land, scan a QR code, and you’re instantly connected.
If you still prefer a physical SIM, Thailand’s big three providers AIS, dtac, and True all have traveler plans. AIS is usually the safest bet for coverage. Packages start around 49–299 Baht, with plenty of data included.
Pro tip: Order your eSIM before you fly. It activates the moment you touch down.
Line is still Thailand’s favorite messenger, so download it if you want to connect with locals or book small services. For international networking, WhatsApp and Telegram are widely used at the conference.
Affiliate World Asia is not just about the expo floor. The real value comes from how you use your time in the sessions, the side events, and even the hotel breakfast buffets. Here is how to make the most of it:

December is the sweet spot for visiting Bangkok. The city is warm but not overwhelming, with daytime temperatures hovering between 22°C and 31°C. Humidity is much lower than during the rainy season, and rainfall is rare, so you can expect mostly clear skies. You’ll get around eight to nine hours of sunshine each day, so sunglasses and sunscreen are must-haves if you plan to be out exploring.
When it comes to clothing, stick to lightweight, breathable fabrics. Shorts, t-shirts, and dresses will keep you comfortable, but carry something modest for temple visits where shoulders and knees need to be covered. Footwear is important too. Flip flops are fine for malls or short strolls, but if you’re walking around the city or sightseeing, sturdy sneakers are the smarter choice. Bangkok’s streets can be dusty, and you’ll thank yourself for the extra support.

Hotels in Bangkok fill up quickly during Affiliate World Asia, so it’s smart to book early. The good news? We’ve partnered with many of the top hotels in the city, which means you’ll get significantly better rates through our confrence website hotel page than on booking sites.
And here’s the real insider advantage: most attendees also stay in these official hotels. That means from the moment you step into the lobby, you’ll be surrounded by like minded people. Breakfast often turns into a mini networking session, and even casual chats in the elevator or at the hotel bar can lead to valuable connections. You’ll never feel like you’re “on your own” the vibe is energetic, social, and 100% part of the Affiliate World experience.

Bangkok is a city of contrasts ancient temples on one side of the street, neon chaos on the other. That’s what makes it unforgettable.
If it’s your first time, start with the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew (the Temple of the Emerald Buddha). Built in 1782, it’s still one of the most breathtaking sites in the country. Just remember: dress modestly. Cover your shoulders and knees, and wear socks inside. If you forget, you can rent or buy cover-ups at the entrance.
From there, head to Wat Arun on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. The temple is stunning, especially at sunset, with golden Buddhas and intricate murals. Nearby, Wat Pho is home to the famous reclining Buddha and the original Thai massage school — a great spot to rest those conference-weary legs.
Don’t miss a ride on the Chao Phraya River or, even better, a traditional Bangkok canal (klong) tour. You’ll get a glimpse of old stilt houses, markets, and everyday life that most visitors never see. It’s a peaceful break from the city’s usual energy.
For a more modern vibe, check out ICONSIAM, Bangkok’s riverside luxury mall, or Siam Paragon if you want international brands. If you’re around on a weekend, Chatuchak Market is a massive open-air bazaar where you can find everything from streetwear to antiques. For evening shopping mixed with entertainment, Asiatique Night Market combines food, boutiques, and live shows.
Bangkok after dark is its own adventure.
You’ll also see tours advertising tiger experiences. Personally, I’ve been put off by them. My wife once pointed out that many of these animals are sedated for tourist photos, which means your money could end up fueling their suffering. Ever since then, I’ve stayed away. If you’re curious about wildlife, I’d recommend skipping the tiger shows and enjoying Thailand’s natural beauty in other ways.
Bangkok is a food lover’s paradise. Wherever you go, the air is filled with the smell of sizzling woks, grilled skewers, and spices that pull you in. You could spend your entire trip just eating and still not scratch the surface.
If you want the true Bangkok experience, start with Chinatown (Yaowarat Road) , one of the busiest street food scenes in Asia. From late afternoon until well past midnight, the sidewalks turn into one giant open air kitchen.
Other favorites:
I’ll never forget a little challenge my wife and I once set for ourselves: could we have a full dinner in Bangkok for under $5? Not only did we manage it, but it was one of the best meals we had, cheap, delicious, and proof that in this city, flavor doesn’t depend on price.
If you’re looking for halal options, head to the Nana district. It’s full of Thai,Pakistani/Indian and Middle Eastern restaurants, and you’ll feel at home right away. The Halal Navi app is also handy for finding verified spots. But overall it’s pretty easy to find halal options.
For sit-down meals, Bangkok’s restaurant scene is world-class:
Don’t leave Bangkok without sampling:
If you love shrimp, try Goong Pad Sataw stir-fried prawns with bitter beans and chili.
Not into spicy food? Don’t worry. Bangkok also has plenty of international restaurants and familiar chains. Nobody goes hungry here.
One of the best parts of visiting Bangkok is the food, and there is plenty of halal to choose from. Whether you want street food, authentic Thai-Muslim dishes, or a full Yemeni mandi feast, you will find it all here.

Grab is Southeast Asia’s version of Uber. You can book cars, motorbikes, or even food delivery in just a few taps. Payment is easy through cash, card, or mobile wallet. Personally, I almost always go for Grab motorbikes. They weave through traffic and get you to meetings on time. But fair warning: it’s not the safest way to travel. Drivers take risks, and if you’re not used to Bangkok traffic, it can feel intense. Always wear the helmet they give you and hold on tight.
A quick story: one of my first trips here, I booked a luxury car through Uber (back when it was still around in Thailand) to get to an important meeting. Big mistake. I spent half the ride staring at brake lights and ended up late. Since then, I’ve traded comfort for speed. Better to arrive a little sweaty on a motorbike than not at all.
Bolt is another ride-hailing app that has become popular in Bangkok. It is often cheaper than Grab, but not quite as widely available. It is worth downloading for price comparisons.
Bangkok’s public transport is surprisingly efficient if you are near the lines.
Bangkok has two airports, and this trips up a lot of first-time visitors.
I once made the mistake of going to BKK when my flight was actually leaving from DMK and I nearly missed it. Double-check your ticket carefully, especially if you are flying with low-cost carriers, so you don’t end up at the wrong airport.
Visa requirements for Thailand vary depending on your nationality, so it’s important to check before you travel.
For many countries, no visa is needed for short stays. Most visitors get between 30 and 60 days visa-free. If your country is not on that list, you can apply for a Thailand visa in advance. Processing usually takes two to seven days, and you will need to provide documents such as a hotel booking, flight details, and bank statements. To be safe, apply at least a month before your trip.
Thailand also offers an eVisa on Arrival for several nationalities. Applying online is faster and lets you skip the long queues at the airport.
Thailand has also introduced the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC), which has replaced the old paper arrival forms. You must complete it before you land. It only takes a few minutes online, and once approved you receive a QR code to show at immigration. Fill it out ahead of time and save the QR code to your phone so your arrival is much smoother.
Here is a quick guide to the TDAC process:
When you land, immigration officers may also ask for proof of funds (about 10,000 Baht per person or 20,000 Baht per family) and proof of an onward or return ticket. These checks do not happen every time, but it is best to be prepared.
Finally, make sure you have travel insurance. Hospitals in Thailand are excellent, but without coverage, even routine treatment can be expensive.
When it comes to money, my go-to is Wise. It works best for me because the exchange rates are excellent, there are no hidden transaction fees, and I can use the card directly almost everywhere. It saves me from carrying too much cash and worrying about poor conversion rates.
That said, I always keep a little Thai Baht in cash for taxis, street food, or emergencies. If you need to exchange money, it’s usually cheaper to do it in Thailand than at home. Well-known exchange shops like SuperRich consistently offer the best rates.
Here’s what I’ve learned over the years:
Let’s say you’re exchanging £500 into Thai Baht.
At a UK high-street bank, you might get around 21,000 THB.
At Bangkok’s SuperRich, you’d get closer to 23,000 THB.
With Wise, you could end up with around 23,200 THB (minus a tiny transfer fee, still usually the best overall deal).
That’s a difference of about 2,000 THB — roughly $55 USD — just by choosing wisely. Enough to cover a couple of great dinners, a massage, or a few Grab rides around the city.
Affiliate World Asia is more than a conference. It is a full experience. Between the sessions, the networking, and the energy of Bangkok itself, you will walk away with new business opportunities and unforgettable memories. To help you make the most of it, here are my best closing tips.
Bangkok is a city that never disappoints. Pair your Affiliate World Asia schedule with its incredible street food, buzzing nightlife, and rich cultural experiences, and you will leave with more than just business connections. You will take home memories that last a lifetime.
See you in Bangkok

Due to the multiple roles many Affiliate marketers and online entrepreneurs hold, the burnout and stress they experience is high and Mental Wellbeing is something that needs to be talked about more, so action can be taken!
Since Affiliate World Dubai 2025, I’ve been actively speaking out about the critical need for mental wellbeing and fitness within the affiliate marketing and online entrepreneurship space. As a mental health advocate, professional, and PhD researcher in Autism research, with personal experience in affiliate marketing, I’ve come to realise just how pressing these issues are in the industry and how the industry needs support from the inside, someone who understands how the #AffiliateLife works and what it truly encompasses. Having talking to lots of people in the industry, one common theme across the board has been that the affiliate industry is so unique, that it is hard to find someone that understands the challenges and the unique nature of the industry, So let’s open that can of worms…..
Affiliate marketers face unique challenges, often juggling multiple tasks, meeting tight deadlines, and dealing with the constant pressure to perform. All of this can take a toll on our mental wellbeing and mental fitness, yet it’s something that’s often overlooked. Affiliates are so focused on results and growth that they forget to pay attention to their own mental state.
That’s why I believe it’s crucial to raise awareness about the importance of prioritising mental wellbeing. Whether it’s seeking support through formal therapy, coaching, or even treatment and diagnosis, understanding the impact of certain aspects of the Affiliate lifestyle better can make a huge difference. There’s so much to explore when it comes to maintaining mental wellbeing and mental fitness in this high-pressure environment, and I wanted to highlight just a few reasons why it’s essential to address these concerns in our industry.
A pertinent point to start with is when the world went into national lockdowns people started to work from home, alone and in their own set ups, whether that was a kitchen table, a proper office set up, or even their bedrooms, but a lot of people went to this mode of working right? Now when people started to come back there was a huge focus on ‘Well how did this isolation, lone working and only speaking to people on screens impact people?’ . Mental health awareness, the importance of mental wellbeing and ensuring employees had access to mental fitness support was huge right? But affiliate marketers and online entrepreneurs have been doing this for years? Most people in the industry don’t even have full teams or organisations with HR or functions that support staff wellbeing… So if everyone else did it for 1-2 years and have concerns about the impact… Who says the impact of affiliates and online entrepreneurs doing it for the last decade or more hasn’t had an impact?

The fast-paced world of affiliate marketing often leaves you feeling like you’re always ‘on the clock’ and struggling to switch off, with schedules that can be all over the place. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg, isn’t it? In the midst of all the hustle, it’s vital to look after your mental wellbeing and mental fitness. The pressure of long hours, constant shifts in technology, tools, and the relentless need to stay on top of the latest trends can easily push you to neglect these crucial areas. Unfortunately, this can lead to performance anxiety, burnout, and thus even leading to struggles with time management and organisation.
Before we dive deeper into these challenges, let’s pause for a moment. I’ve already mentioned terms like ‘Mental Wellbeing’, ‘Mental Fitness’, and ‘Mental Health’ a few times, but what do they actually mean? And why am I choosing to use these terms rather than simply talking about ‘Mental Health’?
So mental health is often described as when a person is suffering from a mental illness or has a condition that requires treatment, diagnosis and support from mental health professionals within healthcare. Mental wellbeing is often associated with our ability to cope with stress, being able to maintain a positive emotional state and cope with daily life, and poor mental wellbeing is associated with not being able to maintain this state, or cope with stress, but at the same time you don’t suffer from a mental illness, it’s your mental state and abilities. Finally, mental fitness is often referred to as the environment we create for us to be our best and possessing the right tools and strategies to manage a level of fitness that allows us to have positive mental wellbeing. Lots of jargon and differences, but if we are going to delve into this world.. it’s so important to ensure these differences are understood. The latter two can be supported by professionals such as coaches, wellbeing advisors, even perhaps counsellors. Therapy when going through treatment and diagnosis for mental health conditions or illness can often hold a severe stigma, but it is important never to try to downplay the support you need if you do develop or have a mental illness or condition. Knowing the difference for you is an important first step.
One of the big issues in the Affiliate marketing industry is high stress.
Affiliate marketing and the online entrepreneurship industry is known for being a high-stress environment for many. This is especially evident in the ‘always-on’ culture that defines the job. There’s always a campaign running somewhere in the background, tracking performance, and requiring your constant attention. There’s always a dip in stats that needs immediate action to optimise and fix. There’s always an article that must be written, a social media post to update, or a new marketing strategy to implement. The to-do list seems endless, and the work never stops.
On top of this, many affiliate marketers invest their own money and pour countless hours into gaining traction for their campaigns. This adds another layer of pressure – because not only are you hoping for success, but you’ve got a personal financial stake in it as well. As a result, the need for consistent results and reliable income becomes even more urgent. Who wouldn’t worry about their investments, right? The weight of this responsibility can make it difficult to step away or even take a break, which often leads to working late into the night or ignoring the signs of fatigue.
However, this constant hustle comes with a significant risk: burnout. And the dangers of burnout cannot be overstated. When you’re burnt out, productivity plummets. Creativity dries up. The passion that once drove you to succeed can quickly fade into frustration, disappointment, and a feeling of being stuck. Not only does this take a toll on your business, but it also damages your overall happiness and wellbeing. This state of constant exhaustion and stress directly impacts your mental wellbeing and fitness, leaving you vulnerable to anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues that can spiral out of control if not addressed.
As affiliate marketers, businesses and the drive for success is given priority, above everything else, including mental health. But it’s essential to remember that without proper mental fitness and wellbeing, we cannot maintain the energy, clarity, or motivation needed to thrive. This is why it is so crucial to implement strategies to manage stress, combat overwhelm and improve essential skills like time management and organisation. These are not just tools for improving business outcomes but are vital for preserving your mental health and ensuring long-term success in this high-pressure industry.
Without taking care of ourselves, we risk burning out – and ultimately, we risk everything we’ve worked so hard to build. That’s why prioritising our mental wellbeing isn’t just important; it’s non-negotiable.
At this stage I think it is important to firstly highlight that every person is different and therefore whilst some generic tips and strategies will work for all, it is important that you look at what makes you, you and how you thrive best and what makes you happy and content.
Setting Boundaries: It is important to set boundaries to your work and factor in regular breaks, define your work hours (As much as possible, because most of you probably work across many different time zones!), and know your limits, know when your work is suffering as a result of your over work. You might be able to start some of these things, others might require some guidance and working with a coach or other professionals to figure it out.
Physical health: We all know that there are millions of studies and professionals that suggest poor mental health, wellbeing and fitness can also impact your physical health and vice cersa, so make sure you are in tune with your physical health too. This could mean getting in more exercise, nutrition and looking at your diet, or even things like your sleep!
Seeking Support: So this is where people like me come in, it is important that you seek the support you need. Whether you have a mental illness or condition that needs professional diagnosis or treatment or you feel your mental wellbeing and fitness could benefit working with a coach to improve, it is important to seek out the right support for you. Sometimes talking to others in the industry also helps, we hosted a mental health and fitness workshop at the last Affiliate world conferences and it was great to engage with people who were passionate about mental health, wellbeing and fitness. Stay tuned for more workshops like this. In a recent podcast with David from the LFG, Kj spoke about how hard it is to share your problems, but seeking that support and sharing is the first step. Lets take it together!
Finally, another common tip is to find something that calms you down, whether that is yoga or mindfulness, or prayer, find something that reduces stress for you, and try to integrate it into your daily routine.
If you want to learn more and need support on your Mental Wellbeing and Mental fitness journey, as someone who understands the industry, how it works and how people work in the industry I am starting to offer 1-1 coaching sessions.
My sessions will be person-centred and tailored to your needs and we will work together to identify what it is you want to focus on and build a plan to tackle the issues you are facing. I prefer the coaching model as it is not as medical as therapy or counselling and offers a more collaborative framework to work with. You need to prioritise your Mental Wellbeing and Fitness to ensure long-term sustainability in the industry and now is the time to do that! Investing in your mental state is investing in the success of your business too.
For the first month of launching, I am offering a free, 20 minutes, no obligation consultation to introduce myself, learn more about you and your issues. I will then get back to you about how I would support you to work towards improving your mental wellbeing, and how we can work together to address your issues.
Let’s work together to raise awareness, seek support, and thrive in this industry. People in affiliate marketing are always supporting each other in business and sharing ideas and tips—let’s take it to another level and raise awareness of the importance of your mental wellbeing and fitness!

Advertising financial services on Facebook, especially for Forex brokers, is notoriously difficult. Meta Ads consistently tighten their policies, scrutinizing every detail from payment methods to ad content. The most common reasons for bans include:
Adding to the complexity, Facebook has strict rules about using certain words related to financial gains, such as “profit,” “income,” and “earnings.” Even derivatives of these words can lead to instant bans.
ScroogeFrog has found an effective solution through Chinese Meta ASP accounts, which offer several advantages:
ScroogeFrog recently ran a highly successful campaign using a Chinese Meta ASP account, focusing on light creatives that fully complied with Facebook’s policies. Key components of the campaign included:
Fan Page Snapshot: The campaign used a vibrant, engaging Fan Page with consistent branding, relevant content, and high user interaction.

Use Policy-Friendly Language: Adapt messaging to avoid restricted terms without being deceptive.
Focus on Value, Not Just Results: Highlight skills, strategies, or services instead of promising guaranteed returns.
Avoid Reused Creatives: Using overexposed creatives from spy tools is a guaranteed way to get banned. Develop unique and original ads for each campaign.
Unique Domains and Websites: Each new account should have a fresh domain to avoid cross-account issues.
Fully Verified Business Managers: Properly setting up and verifying Business Managers enhances account longevity and trust.
Quality Over Quantity: Avoid bulk uploads of ad copies and creatives, as this can trigger Facebook’s spam filters.

In the early days of affiliate marketing, managing data was relatively straightforward. Affiliates and media buyers could often get by with simple Excel sheets to track metrics and analyse performance. But as digital marketing has evolved, so too has the need for precision in tracking and optimization. With today’s media buying landscape, driven largely by platforms like Facebook, Google, and others, the demand for data driven decision making has reached a level that makes manual tracking nearly impossible. Running media buying campaigns now involves gathering data from multiple sources, analysing hundreds of data points, and making rapid adjustments in real-time to maximise returns.
In today’s competitive media buying environment, it’s not enough to rely on intuition or manual data entry. Platforms expect advertisers to feed them data they can use to optimise and scale campaigns effectively. Without a dedicated tracking platform, it’s easy to lose out on critical insights that can impact campaign performance. This is where RedTrack comes in as a game changer.
RedTrack has established itself as a comprehensive tracking solution for performance marketers, affiliate marketers, media buyers, and e-commerce brand owners and advertisers. By offering advanced tracking, automation, and reporting tools, RedTrack allows marketers to scale campaigns, track every data point with precision, and make adjustments based on real-time insights all from a single dashboard. My journey with RedTrack began years ago, and I’ve seen firsthand how it has grown to meet the increasingly complex needs of today’s performance marketers.
In this review, I’ll walk through RedTrack’s features, explore its latest updates, and assess its strengths and limitations. Whether you’re an affiliate marketer managing multiple offers or an advertiser scaling high budget campaigns, RedTrack offers the tools to bring efficiency, scalability, and actionable insights to your performance marketing efforts.
This is it the best price you’ll ever find on RedTrack! For Black Friday, you can secure up to 30% off annual plans on one of the most trusted tracking platforms. Affiliates, e-commerce pros, and top advertisers are grabbing this deal to start 2024 strong!
Why This is a One Time Opportunity:
Don’t miss out on the deal of a lifetime! RedTrack is the top choice for serious marketers, and this is your chance to get it at an unbeatable price.

RedTrack was initially designed as a specialised tool for CPA affiliates and performance marketers, but its scope has broadened significantly. Today, RedTrack is a powerful tracking platform for a wide range of users, including affiliates, advertisers, media buyers, e-commerce (E-com) brands, and direct to consumer (DTC) businesses. This evolution reflects RedTrack’s commitment to adapting its features to the needs of modern marketers, enabling each user type to effectively track, optimise, and scale their campaigns.
RedTrack offers tailored account types for affiliates, advertisers, and specifically E-com & DTC brands. Each account type is optimised with tools, reports, and tracking capabilities that cater to the user’s specific requirements:

As the Chief Operating Officer of Affiliate World Conferences, I’ve witnessed firsthand how much effort goes into organizing the biggest event in the affiliate marketing world. What most people see is a seamless two day event packed with high quality speeches, networking opportunities, endless parties and exciting side events. But behind the scenes, there’s an incredible amount of planning, coordination, and teamwork required to pull off an event of this scale. Talking about my role, I oversee a variety of departments, including Talent (Speakers and Content), Marketing, and Partnerships, and I’ve experienced the evolution from being a simple speaker myself to now leading the production of the entire experience.
In this article, I’ll take you inside the world of Affiliate World Conferences, revealing how we bring together high profile speakers, execute flawless marketing campaigns, and coordinate key partnerships that enhance the attendee experience. And, of course, I’ll share my own journey from speaker to COO, showing how much I’ve learned along the way.
When I first joined Affiliate World Conferences, I had no idea what went into organizing an event of this magnitude. I was just a simple speaker the kind who only knew when to get on stage, deliver my talk, and enjoy the parties afterward. Everything else was set up for me, and I never gave much thought to the complexity behind the scenes.
But when I stepped into the role of COO, I quickly realized how much work goes into crafting every single moment of the event. Now, instead of just showing up to speak, I’m responsible for overseeing all the content, speakers, and tracks that attendees experience. Every speech you see, every piece of content shared, and every panel discussion has been carefully curated by my team. We work hard to ensure that the content is engaging, relevant, and represents the cutting edge of affiliate marketing.

As someone who oversees the Talent (Speakers and Content) department, I now realize that pulling off an event like Affiliate World is about far more than just having great speakers it’s about curating the entire content experience. If you’re looking to attend the best affiliate marketing conference, understanding the importance of carefully selected speakers and a well structured agenda is crucial.
One of the biggest tasks I handle is deciding the overall content direction of the conference. This involves identifying emerging trends in affiliate marketing, e commerce, and digital advertising, and then finding the right experts to speak on these topics. We structure the entire event into tracks that cover various aspects of the industry, ensuring there’s something for everyone from beginners to advanced affiliates.
Choosing the right speakers is a delicate process, and it’s something we take very seriously. At Affiliate World, we look for thought leaders who are not just experts in the digital marketing and affiliate marketing field but are genuinely passionate about what they do and love to share their knowledge. It’s not about self promotion; it’s about giving the audience real, actionable insights they can take away and implement immediately. That’s what sets our conference apart.
We seek speakers who bring cutting edge, out of the box information that attendees can’t find anywhere else content that’s fresh, forward thinking, and relevant to the latest industry trends. Our audience is incredibly sharp; they’re seasoned media buyers, marketers, and business owners who can quickly spot when someone is more interested in promoting themselves than delivering value. So, it’s essential that our speakers are the real deal leaders who walk the walk, not just talk the talk.
To maintain our high standards, we work closely with each speaker to ensure their tech setup, content, and stage presence are dialed in. We help them craft presentations that are high energy and engaging, but more importantly, that deliver practical, actionable information attendees can apply to their own businesses. From rehearsals to last minute adjustments, we make sure every speaker feels comfortable and supported before stepping onto the stage. It’s this focus on authenticity and value that makes our event a must attend for the brightest minds in affiliate marketing.
One of the most critical aspects of organizing Affiliate World Conferences is ensuring that the content flows seamlessly across the different tracks, providing a cohesive and engaging experience for attendees. This requires a delicate balance between keynote speakers, panel discussions, breakout sessions, and workshops each playing a specific role in delivering a full spectrum of value to the audience.
At the heart of the content flow are the speakers, who set the tone for the event. speaker presentations are typically high impact sessions delivered by industry leaders that offer broad insights or unveil new industry trends. For example, we might kick off with a keynote from a renowned media buyer discussing upcoming shifts in digital ad strategies or a global e commerce expert offering their predictions for the year ahead. These sessions provide a big picture view and inspire attendees, getting them excited about the rest of the event.
However, to keep things engaging, we complement presentations with a variety of panel discussions, where multiple experts discuss and debate key issues from different perspectives. For instance, a panel might dive into the future of native advertising, bringing together a native ad network, a seasoned media buyer, and a industry expert. This offers attendees a more nuanced discussion on the topic, allowing them to see real world applications of the concepts introduced during the presentations.
Next come the breakout sessions and workshops, which offer deep dives into specific topics, like scaling e commerce businesses, building profitable sales funnels, or optimizing Facebook Ads. These sessions are hands on and provide attendees with practical, actionable steps they can implement immediately. For example, a workshop by Google Ads experts might walk attendees through live campaign setups, while a TikTok Workshop could feature live demonstrations on ad creatives and scaling techniques. The goal is to provide granular, practical knowledge that attendees can take home and apply to their campaigns.
One of the standout features of Affiliate World Conferences which I am proud to announce is our exclusive workshops, designed for attendees who want to go beyond the basics and gain insider knowledge that’s highly actionable. A prime example is our workshop run by Google, which is specifically tailored for advanced affiliates who are already spending significant budgets on Google Ads. This workshop isn’t just another presentation it’s a deep dive that gives attendees exclusive access to Google’s specialized affiliate focused teams.
Unlike general sessions, these workshops are crafted for those who are already well versed in Google Ads and are looking to optimize their campaigns further. If you’re managing substantial budgets on Google Ads, this workshop is designed to help you understand exactly what Google expects from affiliates and how you can leverage this knowledge to maximize profits while staying compliant with their policies. It’s not just about running ads it’s about understanding the intricacies of what makes a successful, policy compliant campaign that thrives within Google’s ecosystem.
Google Ads can be a tricky platform to navigate, especially for affiliates. In this workshop, we work directly with Google’s teams to cover critical topics such as:
For example, attendees will learn what specific policy red flags to watch out for and how to proactively manage their accounts to avoid getting into trouble. The goal is to help affiliates navigate Google’s policies smoothly, so they can focus on scaling their businesses without unnecessary disruptions.
In addition to compliance, the workshops show an insight into advanced strategies for maximizing profits. Google’s team will reveal new settings and optimization techniques that many advertisers aren’t aware of things like advanced bidding strategies, audience targeting options, and automation tools that can give affiliates a competitive edge. These are cutting-edge features that affiliates can use to their advantage, helping them squeeze more profit out of every dollar spent on ads.
What truly sets this workshop apart is the direct access attendees get to Google’s specialized affiliate teams. These are the experts who exclusively focus on affiliate marketers, and they’re not readily accessible outside of this environment. At the workshop, attendees can not only learn from these experts but also ask specific questions and even get real-time solutions to their issues.
For example, if an attendee is facing a particular challenge with their ad campaigns whether it’s a compliance issue or trouble with scaling they can sit down with Google’s experts and resolve the issue on the spot. This type of access is incredibly rare and offers a level of support that you simply can’t get elsewhere. It’s an opportunity to not just learn but also to build relationships with people who can have a direct impact on your success with Google Ads.
Getting the timing and pacing right is key to ensuring attendees don’t feel overwhelmed by information or stretched too thin across sessions. We meticulously plan the schedule to ensure that each session builds on the previous one. For example, if a morning presentation discusses the rise of influencer marketing, the breakout sessions later in the day might focus on practical topics like negotiating influencer deals or building long term partnerships with creators.
Timing also means balancing high energy sessions with more focused, in depth workshops. A typical conference day might begin with a high impact presentation, transition to interactive panels mid morning, and then offer hands on workshops or networking session in the afternoon when attendees are ready to dig into specific skills. By pacing the day in this way, we ensure attendees are both engaged and energized, without experiencing information overload.
Another crucial element is ensuring that the sessions don’t just run back to back but actually complement one another. For example, if a panel covers emerging trends in affiliate marketing, a breakout session that follows might focus on a single actionable tactic that ties back to those trends, such as optimizing affiliate funnels for new traffic sources. This progression ensures that attendees leave with both macro level insights and micro level tactics they can immediately apply.
One thing we’re always mindful of is ensuring that sessions are not repetitive. If someone attends a morning session on scaling e commerce, they won’t find a similar session later in the day. Instead, they might have the option to attend a Facebook Ads Panel or a panel on Tiktok advertising, keeping the content fresh and diverse while maintaining relevance to their interests.
Our audience ranges from newcomers to OG affiliates, so it’s essential to offer varied levels of complexity. For example, we might host an introductory session on affiliate marketing basics for newer attendees, while simultaneously offering an advanced workshop on multi channel ad scaling for experienced media buyers. The trick is ensuring these sessions are properly staggered, so that attendees at every skill level find content that speaks to them without feeling left out or overwhelmed.
We also encourage cross track engagement, where attendees from one track might find value in another. For instance, someone focused on native advertising might attend a breakout session on creative optimization even if it’s hosted in Facebook Ads Track. We achieve this by finding common threads between topics and ensuring they resonate across disciplines. The result is a multi disciplinary experience where attendees can learn outside their primary focus without feeling like they’re out of their depth.
While overseeing content is a core part of my role at Affiliate World, another crucial area I manage is marketing the conference itself. Marketing isn’t just about selling tickets; it’s about building anticipation, communicating the unique value of the event, and creating a strong sense of FOMO (fear of missing out) among potential attendees. The goal is to ensure that our audience knows that Affiliate World Conferences are a must attend event in the affiliate marketing world. From the strategy behind each ad to the timing of announcements, every step is meticulously planned to deliver maximum impact.
Just as we approach content curation with precision, our marketing efforts require the same level of attention and strategy. The challenge is to highlight what’s new, exciting, and unique about each event, while ensuring that the message resonates with a diverse audience. We need to strike a balance between engaging OG affiliates who’ve attended multiple times and newbies who are looking to break into the industry.
For example, OG affiliates already know what to expect in terms of the quality and scope of our events, so we focus on showcasing exclusive workshops, cutting edge content, and high profile speakers they haven’t seen before. We emphasize industry updates, advanced strategies, and networking opportunities with elite media buyers, which are highly appealing to them.
On the other hand, newcomers need a different message one that highlights the value of attending as a learning opportunity. For them, we showcase how Affiliate World is the gateway to becoming a successful affiliate marketer, offering insights from top experts, access to real world case studies, and chances to network with like minded people.
Each social media post, email campaign, and ad is crafted with these specific segments in mind, ensuring that the right message is delivered to the right audience.
To create the hype we need, we use a multi channel marketing strategy that ensures we reach potential attendees wherever they are. You’ve likely seen our ads across the internet whether on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or through targeted email campaigns. But behind those ads is a detailed strategy designed to maximize reach and engagement across different platforms.
By using a cohesive message across all these platforms, we ensure that no matter where someone comes across our campaign, the excitement and value of the conference are clearly communicated. Timing is everything, and the goal is to generate interest early on while keeping the momentum strong right up until the event.
As the conference approaches, we ramp up our marketing efforts significantly. Every single announcement, from revealing top tier speakers to showcasing workshops, side events, and networking parties, is designed to build momentum and excitement. This final stage of marketing is crucial because it helps convert interested prospects into attendees.
However, with increased attention comes greater pressure. Once someone buys a ticket, it’s on us to deliver a world class experience that meets or exceeds the expectations we’ve set through our marketing. We’re acutely aware that we’ve promised cutting edge content, actionable insights, and unparalleled networking opportunities and it’s our job to ensure that reality aligns with the hype.
It’s easy to think that once someone buys a ticket, the hard work is done. But that couldn’t be further from the truth. Attendees don’t just buy a ticket they often invest in flights, accommodations, and spend days away from their businesses. For many, this is a significant commitment in both time and money, which makes selling tickets to an international event like ours a true testament to the strength of our marketing team.
We’re now in our 10th year, and every single event continues to surpass the previous one’s records. With three major shows a year in Dubai, Europe, and Bangkok, we consistently attract more affiliates many of whom are repeat attendees. This is proof that the value we deliver keeps them coming back. It’s not easy to convince people to attend a major international event year after year, but our ability to maintain that excitement and continually evolve the conference experience speaks volumes about the success of our marketing efforts.
The fact that we’re not just selling a ticket but also convincing people to invest in travel and accommodation highlights how powerful and effective our marketing truly is. We know that for our attendees, it’s not a decision made lightly, and the fact that more and more people return each year often bringing colleagues or friends is a testament to the fantastic work of our marketing team and the reputation we’ve built.

Affiliate World Conferences aren’t just about the sessions they’re about the whole experience. In recent years, we’ve expanded our focus on side events, networking opportunities, and nighttime parties, creating moments that extend beyond the main stage.
In Dubai, we’ve introduced the Affiliate World Awards, recognizing the top performers in affiliate marketing. This awards ceremony has quickly become a highlight of the event, where we celebrate innovators, networks, and rising stars who have made significant contributions to the industry. Organizing the awards requires meticulous planning, from selecting the nominees to creating an exciting, celebratory atmosphere.
One of the most anticipated parts of Affiliate World is the networking parties we host at night. These parties provide attendees with an informal setting to connect with fellow marketers, business leaders, and even potential partners. Our mega parties are legendary, offering a space where people can relax, celebrate, and build meaningful connections often in ways that aren’t possible in the formal conference setting.
None of this would be possible without the incredible team working behind the scenes, with each department playing a crucial role in ensuring the success of the event. The production team handles everything from setting up the main stage to exhibition booths, while the tech team ensures that all equipment Wi-Fi, lighting, scanners, registration desks, ticketing systems, and websites are fully operational to support the conference’s technical needs. Our design and branding team crafts a cohesive visual identity, from stage backdrops to signage, ensuring the event reflects the energy of the affiliate marketing industry and creates a memorable experience. The exhibition team manages hundreds of exhibitors, providing the space, resources, and technical support they need, while the sales team works closely with exhibitors and sponsors to build partnerships that add value for both the event and the businesses involved. Our marketing team drives engagement, creating multi channel campaigns, social media posts, and targeted ads to ensure the event reaches the right audience and builds excitement across platforms. The operations team is the backbone that keeps everything running smoothly, coordinating logistics, ensuring attendee registration and customer service are efficient, and overseeing on site processes. The support team is critical, offering real time assistance to attendees, exhibitors, and speakers, ensuring issues are addressed promptly to maintain a seamless experience. Lastly, the Talent team coordinates the entire speaker experience, handling logistics, rehearsals, and on stage support to make sure every speaker is fully prepared to deliver their best.
When I attended conferences as a attendee or a speaker, I had no idea what it took to organize an event of this magnitude. My only responsibility was to show up, give my speech, and enjoy the after parties. Back then, I didn’t consider the sheer complexity of what went on behind the scenes. But today, as COO, I have a deep understanding of the incredible effort that goes into every aspect of the event from content curation and marketing to partnerships, logistics, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
The journey from being a speaker to leading the entire operation has been one of constant learning and growth. Every event presents new challenges, and the pressure is immense, but the satisfaction of seeing everything come together watching attendees leave with new connections, insights, and inspiration makes it all worthwhile.
One thing that has changed in me since taking on this role is my perspective on other events. Now, when I attend any new event, I don’t just point out or even notice small mistakes or flaws. Instead, I find myself congratulating and appreciating the people involved because I now understand the sheer complexity of organizing and hosting these events. I know how difficult it is to ensure every detail is perfect, and how much dedication and coordination goes into making sure things go off without a hitch.
Organizing a global event like Affiliate World Conferences is a monumental task that requires coordination across multiple departments and months of preparation. From overseeing speakers and content to managing marketing and partnerships, every detail is carefully planned to ensure attendees have an unforgettable experience.
My journey from being a simple speaker to COO has given me a unique perspective on just how much work goes into creating an event that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our global audience. It’s an honor to play a key role in shaping the future of affiliate marketing, and I’m excited to continue delivering world class conferences that bring together the best and brightest in the industry.

Have you ever found yourself trying to communicate with a client who speaks a completely different language? Or maybe you’ve been stumped by a foreign recipe on a website that you’re dying to try out? This is where AI translation tools can be a game-changer. They’re efficient, user-friendly, and don’t require any special skills to operate. Whether you’re drafting an important letter, attending a conference, chatting with a friend, placing an order, or discussing critical matters with international partners, these tools can make your life a lot easier. In this article, we’ll dive into the top 10 AI translation tools that you need to know about today.
The translation tools in the form of applications or websites that operate based on artificial intelligence are called Translation AIs. The AI integrated into translation software boosts their efficiency. This means that these tools can easily grasp text context, and tone, go through grammar and even interpret the differences between multiple languages. The result? Therefore, getting translations that are, first, less likely to contain errors familiar to polyglots and, second, sound more natural.
With the help of AI, these tools can ‘self-learn’ from large quantities of data and undergo continual enhancement. This means that when it comes to slang, idioms, and special industry language they would understand it much better. Whereas, the traditional translation techniques are less accurate, time-consuming and costly. Using such old methods may bring misinformation on the subtle differences between languages and lead to incorrect or blunt translations.
While there are multiple free or paid translation AIs of all kinds readily available in the market, you must know the following key factors before choosing the right AI translating tool:
One of the most important factors to consider before choosing the most suitable translation AI is the accuracy that it delivers. A low-quality translation tool will most likely just translate the text word-by-word negating the actual context. This will result in not only misinterpretation but also loss of the actual text intent. So, make sure you choose a translation AI tool that can maintain accuracy and readability as well.
It is important to know that AI translation tools usually do not support all languages. Yet, a translation AI can only stand out among the rest if it supports maximum languages including the one that you need to translate. So a good translation AI must contain a variety of language options.
Make sure that the AI translation tools can work with other software you use for your business such as WordPress CRM, email programs, and client relationship management tools. Adding them as a feature will result in an easy and accurate translation of the desired piece of text.
The truth is that all the best translation AIs delivering accurate results on the higher end come with a price tag. So, you must keep your budget in mind as well. Think of how often are you going to use a translation tool and whether the pricing is reasonable or not. In the end, if the price is more than your actual usage of the AI translating tool, it can be only a loss of money. Often a free translation AI tool also comes in handy in case there is no bulk translation needed especially for professional documents (letters, academic degrees, bank statements etc).
A good translation AI will be highly simple and easy to use especially if you have loads of text to translate. An easy-to-use translation tool will simply save time for you as compared to a complex tool that requires extra understanding and usage practice. So, make sure that the translation AI tool you pick is simple and has a user-friendly interface.
