Don’t let yourself be fooled that you are not also a brand as a content creator. Every time you create a piece of content you are establishing a brand in your fans minds. You can either control that brand message or let it run wild, but either way it will exist. Establishing and defining your brand are a key part of any businesses long term success. If you say you are only going to post spicy pictures after your fans reach a tip goal and then turn around and post a bunch of erotic pictures anyway, you will damage your brand and what you have built up. This means making sure that all of your ad copy stays on message and that you don’t stray from it ever. Tony the Tiger never decides one day that Frosted Flakes are just ‘Good’ and Not ‘Greaattt” so neither should you ever go off your brand message by even a small bit.

Establish What You Will and Won’t Do Clearly

One thing that sets a good brand apart from a bad brand is that you know exactly what a good brand stands for. That could be quality over quantity, innovation at all costs or a dedication to customer service. You know that a good brand will stick to it’s word about what it is most passionate about. In the same way you as a content creator need to make sure that your fans know what kind of content you produce, what kind of communication you plan on making with them and how consistent you will be as a creator. These are the core elements of success for an OnlyFans creator. If your fans are unclear on where you and your brand stand on certain things they are unlikely to continue to support you or recommend you to others. Once you establish with your fans what kind of content you won’t create, it tells them just as much about you as anything else. The boundaries you set help establish your brand and by setting boundaries you help establish yourself in the marketplace and make a claim for your piece of the success pie.

Produce Consistent Ad Copy and Designs

One of the biggest representations to people of your brand will be the images and copy that you place in your Marketing. Whether you design a fancy design for your OnlyFans name or just let your pictures do the talking for you is up to you. But no matter how you present your brand you always want it to have consistent styling and colors. You want people to be able to recognize you and your brand almost instantly and that requires creating consistent brand images. I have spoken previously about using similar pictures when you promote your OnlyFans. You may think that people will assume you have a small amount of content when you do that but it actually will start to work its way into their brain. One image that people remember is worth a thousand that they easily forget. When you do your marketing for your OnlyFans try to pick one image along with specific coloring and styles that will help establish you and your brand in the minds of fans and potential fans quickly.

Don’t Extend Your Brand too Far too Fast

One key to success with promoting your brand is to take your time with expanding it. What I mean there is that you might have the initial thought that once you have your brand established you want to get it out to as many places as quickly as possible to saturate the market. This isn’t always the best strategy mainly because where you brand yourself also is a brand signal itself. You don’t typically see ads for Tiffany & Co on the side of city buses, nor do you see ads for Super 8 Motels in Times Square. So that means that your brand should market itself in places that make the most sense for it and will also compliment the messaging you are trying to get across. You also want to test out your brand messages in smaller markets and then expand those out to bigger markets once you are sure your brand message is effective. If you rush to plaster your Brand and images everywhere too quickly they may lost their potency as well. Be careful with where you place your image and brand because potential fans will make associations and assumptions based on where they see your marketing.

Be Patient With Your Brand (Branding Takes time)

The last bit of advice when it comes to promoting your OnlyFans page and your brand is to not lose patience with your Branding efforts. Unlike the original branding of livestock which is pretty instantaneous, branding these days takes time. With thousands of other content creators marketing their pages on a daily basis it makes it hard to stand out. This is why you want to hit your potential fans with your brand message at least seven times as that is how many times it typically takes for someone to notice you. If you start to brand yourself in a few places and sales just seem to stay the same for a while, don’t lose hope in your efforts. Remember that a lot of your competition will be gone tomorrow and you’ll be several steps into your branding journey. As you continue to market yourself and your brand message you will start to notice and increase in your buzz and eventually an increase in sales as well. Don’t give up if results don’t come right away and remember that successful branding takes time.

Establish your Brand and You’ll Find Success Comes a lot Easier

So now you know the benefits of creating a brand image as well as the best ways to establish that brand. In the end the goal is the same which is to increase sales and make your page more successful. With a bit of patience and hard work your brand will help your content business take off and grow much larger than you thought it possibly could. But how do you setup your OnlyFans sales funnel in the most effective way? I am going to discuss the types of sales funnels that you can setup as well as the ideal way to create effective sales funnels for OnlyFans.

Why Setting Up a Sales Funnel is Important

Sales Funnels help you organize your profitability by leading your potential buyers down the rabbit hole you wish them to take. If you don’t create a sales funnel then they are more likely to veer off the path and never give you any of their money. Here are several advantages to setting up a sales funnel.

Focuses Your Revenue Stream to the Highest Profit Areas

Without a Sales Funnel you can imagine a scenario where potential clients are finding your brand online and then ending up at several different end points, some of which are profitable and others that are not. How a Sales Funnel Works

For those of you who followed my podcast and article on building a Thirst Trap for TikTok you may remember I discussed the need for a sales funnel in regards to TikTok because it is a SFW platform and thus you need to move your fans from that site to your intended profitable site. That is the essential nature of a funnel to move your fans from a platform that might have low profit potential to one like OnlyFans that has the potential for high profit. 

How to SetUp a Sales Funnel

In order to create a sales funnel you have to identify the core elements that will go into the funnel. You need a starting point as well as an intended end point and one or even several paths along the way depending on your goals.

1. Identify Your Starting Point

Your starting point should be a site with a heavy amount of traffic or where a good amount of your fans congregate. As mentioned this is typically a SWF platform that might not be friendly to OnlyFans or content that you make on that site. Depending on the rules of that site you may need a secondary funnel page to send your fans to or you may not. Keep that in mind when choosing the start of your funnel. Remember that the least amount of steps possible to your OnlyFans page is ideal.

2. Secondary Gateway Page

Depending on start of your funnel you may not be able to send people directly to your OnlyFans page. This is where a secondary gateway page becomes handy. For those not familiar with sites like Linktree or AllMyLinks, they act as places where you can place all of the links you have across the web in one location. What is good about pages like this is that they are not banned by SWF Social Media sites typically. Since to those sites they are just lists of links and don’t contain any adult material on them. These act as great bridge pages for your sales funnel and you should use these wisely. There is nothing that says you have to list tons of links on these pages (you can just list one.. Your OnlyFans page) or that you can only have one of these pages (You can make several and customize them as needed)

3. Identify Your End Goal Page

While for most creators this is going to be your OnlyFans page, for others this might be another content site that you sell on as well. But even more so this should be the page that is most likely to convert for you as far as sales are concerned. If you are a newer creator it might make sense to funnel people to a Free OnlyFans page at this point where you sell custom content. If you are a more established creator then it may make sense to send people directly to an OnlyFans Paywall subscription page. Make sure to follow your own sales funnel as well after you set it up to go through the same steps your fans do and make sure that they are being sent to the final goal page that is most likely to have fans take action. If all you do is post bikini pictures on Instagram there should be some correlation between that and your OnlyFans page. If they hit your final Goal page and don’t see your face or bikini pictures they may just click back not being sure they are going to get what they want. Be as clear as possible about what is contained on your OnlyFans page in the description on the page that OnlyFans provides. These simple conversion strategies on your End Goal Page will make a huge difference when it comes to sales.

How to use a Sales Funnel to Make More Money on OnlyFans

So now that you understand the benefits of having a sales funnel, how can you use it to make more money on your OnlyFans? Ideally in every situation you’d be able to just send someone your OnlyFans link and they’d know exactly what it means. But if you really think about it your OnlyFans link unto itself doesn’t help you sell anything. It doesn’t tell anyone what you look like, how much your subscription price is, how much content they get when they subscribe, if you provide PPV or not, etc. So every time you send someone your OnlyFans links its a crap shoot on whether they will click on it at all. I’ve gone over before making your OnlyFans landing page as conversion friendly as possible but what if they never even bother to click on the link? What would make someone click on your OnlyFans link and be ready to buy as soon as they get there? A well constructed sales process does and that can be done with a good sales funnel. Let your sales funnel establish everything you want a potential client to know before they even get to your OnlyFans page. You can help them answer a few important questions before they hit your page namely  1. Does this person have additional pictures and content I’m missing out on? 2. How much would I need to pay to see this additional content?  3. Is this offer only good for a limited time?  You see where the possibilities are endless when it comes to a sales funnel to move your fans from non paying ones to paying ones and thus increasing your profit monthly.

The Benefits of Buying a Domain Name for Your Sales Funnel

I would like to go over one thing that I feel is very cost effective and can really help with your sales funnel and that is a vanity domain for your brand. Now I know a lot of you might be thinking that you don’t want to have to run a website or deal with anything like that on a monthly basis because you are not super tech savvy. Well a domain is not a website, its simply a name you can buy to re-direct people to wherever you want them to go. What I mean is that you could buy a vanity domain and have it go directly to your OnlyFans page if you so chose. But for the purpose of a sales funnel you’ll want to use something like LinkTree or AllMyLinks page. What’s great about this is that almost all Domain operators will allow you to re-direct to one of these pages for free. Most domains have a yearly cost of $6-10 dollars these days as long as they are a .com name. That’s very cheap marketing to have your own custom domain and you can utilize it in your sales funnel in so many unique and clever ways. As long as you avoid utilizing any adult pictures on these pages you can also use this custom domain on all SFW Social Media. I highly recommend this as a smart cheap investment for your Marketing efforts. 

What are the different types of Sales Funnels You can setup?

There are obviously an endless amount of sales funnels that you could setup for your OnlyFans but I am going to try to go over ones that are most effective.

The Reddit Sales Funnel

Most of your traffic from Reddit is going to come from your Profile Page. I’ve reviewed before how to create a sticky post at the top of your profile with your links as Reddit does not allow hypertext links in your actual profile description. Ideally your funnel would look like this:

The Instagram Sales Funnel

Instagram is another popular site that is strictly SFW. Many creators have the experience of losing their Instagram page completely for placing an OnlyFans link on it or the wrong image. Good luck every getting a hold of anyone at Facebook to get it back if that happens. While you can use your OnlyFans page as a link in your profile you have to keep the content SFW on your landing page as well which decreases its effectiveness as a sales page which isn’t worth it. So your sales funnel for Instagram should look like this:

The Tiktok Sales Funnel

Tiktok has a huge amount of traffic and if you are going to be popular on the platform you need a way to get people effectively to your OnlyFans page without ever mentioning the site. In most cases you can utilize an AllMyLinks/Linktree kind of page to let people know about all the links that you have. So your sales funnel for TikTok should look like this:

The Twitter Sales Funnel

Twitter is one of my favorite places for OnlyFans promotion because it allows for NSFW content behind a sensitivity wall which makes it easy for people to decide as grown adults what content they want to see. This means that your sales funnel on Twitter can be very direct or send people to a sales driven custom page. So you have two options for sales funnels on Twitter.

The Facebook Sales Funnel

Facebook sadly is still a very used and popular site despite all of its obvious problems over the last few years. Facebook is also very public and tied to everything you do so if you do decide to promote your OnlyFans page in any way on here expect everyone you know to know about it as well. Facebooks’ rules are obviously very similar to Instagrams in that you can use links as long as they don’t take people to anything that is considered sensitive material. So your Facebook Sales Funnel should look like this.

Using Linktree and AllMyLinks Effectively 

As I mentioned you have the option of directing a Custom Domain directly to a page on a site like Linktree or AllMyLinks. But there are strategies to making these pages optimal for use in your sales funnel. First you want to establish the role that these pages will have in your sales funnel. These pages might seem small but if you look at the page views for some major OnlyFans creators they sometimes have millions of views on their Links pages. So making sure these pages are effective in your sales process is key. So as far as use in your sales funnel you’ll want to look at the following strategies of optimizing these pages.

Placing Important Links at the Top of the Page

If you are only planning on having one Links page you’ll want to make sure that you organize this page properly. The end goal of your sales funnel should be the first link on your page. Think of your page like a search engine, the most clicks are going to go to the first result no matter what it might be. While a lot of time is spent on adding special colors, fonts or even pictures to certain links the real energy should be spent on ordering your links correctly. This means likely placing your OnlyFans link at the top. You will also want to consider whether your strategy is to drive more people to a free OnlyFans page. If this is the case then you’ll want to put that link at the top of the page.

Limiting the Number of Links on the Page

One thing that can drive me nuts when I go to a links page is when there are like 20 sites on these pages. Who is going to dig through all of these links really? I mean it is impressive that you have niche pages for people to possibly view but it’s a lot more important to limit the number of links on the page so each one gets attention. There is a concept of ‘above the fold’ on websites that should be applied here as well. This means that all the links someone has to scroll down to see will likely get a lot less attention then those above the fold or before someone needs to scroll. This would be the same for a mobile phone user as a desktop computer user as well. Ideally you’d want to limit the number of links on the page to just the few people can see before having to scroll. If you have too many links for that then you should utilize the strategy I will mention shortly in that you’ll want to have several of these links type pages.

Getting a Page for Just One Link

As I mentioned these links pages are 100% free unless you decide to upgrade them typically to get additional stats or features. For most OnlyFans creators though their page will be free. So why not just have a page just for your OnlyFans premium links or just for your OnlyFans page to begin with? You can just have one link or even link to your two different OnlyFans pages and even mention custom content on these pages. This is a great way to add a links page to your funnel without sidetracking people from moving along the sales process.

Removing Under Performing Links

One thing you’ll want to do if you have a Links page and you want is to be effective in your sales funnel is to remove underperforming links. Many links pages seem to have been created one time and then forgotten about as you’ll see a graveyard of dead sites and dead links on them. This is taking away from your end goal of getting people to click on and subscribe to your premium content pages. The more clutter there is on your page the less likely people are to be able to find what they are looking for. So you’ll want to regularly clean out and update the links on your page to make sure you aren’t doing a lot of work to get people into your funnel and then letting them slip away by clicking on an outdated or unhelpful link.

Having Custom Pages for Different Social Media Sites

As you now understand that your links page is more than just a pretty page, but something that can make or break your sales funnel and success, you may now want to start customizing these pages themselves. How you decide to customize them is up to you but there is no reason you can’t have specific pages created for sites like Instagram or Tiktok. If someone is coming from Instagram you don’t really need a link to your Instagram on that page do you? So you can create a page customized with just your other Social Media they don’t know about and your paid social media as well. You can create one for your premium links or just your free Social Media links. Making custom out pages for specific sites will make your Sales Funnel an even more streamlined process.

So Is a Sales Funnel Important for your OnlyFans Business?

A Sales Funnel is likely one of the most important things that will determine the success or failure of your content creation business. While Sales Funnels don’t make sense for a lot of content creators (like a stand alone YouTuber or TikTok creator) because they are mainly just trying to build up an audience on that platform using that platform, it is a totally different game when it comes to OnlyFans. The reason is because you can barely use OnlyFans to become popular on OnlyFans. You have to use all the other sites and apps to grow your OnlyFans business. That means that you want to send a potential buyer on the trip you want them to go on and do the things you want them to do. The only way to control that process and make sure it is as effective as possible is to create a great sales funnel with as few leaks as possible along the way.

Why don’t you have more subscribers on your OnlyFans page? This is the focus of all the effort that you put forth in your Marketing Promotion efforts as well as your content creation as a creator. I have written and discussed how to get more OnlyFans subscribers and how to keep them subscribing to your OnlyFans page month after month. If you haven’t checked out those articles and podcasts I highly recommend you do so. This is going to be a more demographic overview of what deep down at the core OnlyFans subscribers want. 

Who Are the Majority of OnlyFans subscribers?

Most people are aware that the majority of OnlyFans subscribers identify as male, this is not news to anyone. People also have the idea that Gen Z is fueling the OnlyFans money craze and that the majority of OnlyFans subscribers are young men. Based on the demographics I have seen from my Social Media accounts I tend to disagree with this hypothesis. I believe that the majority of OnlyFans subscribers are Millennials and Gen X with even some Boomers getting into the action. Most Gen Y and Z people are either too young to subscribe or don’t have a lot of expendable income to put into OnlyFans models and subscriptions. This means that your fans are going to come from a few different demographic groups. Let’s look at them one at a time.

1. Single Young Men

This is a group of people from 18-29 who identify as male and are considered young. This group varies as you have single men who are in college, already beginning their careers or are living off of their parents incomes in some ways. These men can have a lot of disposable income depending on their upbringing but also can live paycheck to paycheck. This is also a group that tends to make highly speculative decisions like investing in kickstarters, cryptocurrency or being lured into online gambling. Due to them being single they don’t have anyone to tell them what to do with their money and with this new empowerment can lead to poor spending habits. Many of these men may have live in girlfriends or partners but they are still not settled and might still spend money on OnlyFans on the side. Young Single men are a prime target group for OnlyFans creators because they often would know creators in their social circles or hang out with other open minded individuals who also have OnlyFans accounts.

2. Older Single Men

This is a group of people from 30-49 who identify as male and are considered middle aged. This group typically has a lot more disposable income because they are firmly in a career. The fact that they are still single at this older age and never having been married could mean they are a lot more mindful of expenses. While this group would seem ideal for OnlyFans usage, you would likely see these kind of men more likely at strip clubs or golf outings than on OnlyFans pages. These men also grew up in a time where Playboy Magazine and the Spice Channel existed. This means that they are not as interested in interactive virtual girlfriends and likely find the idea of virtual anything to be a little silly. While these men have a good amount of income they are likely going to spend it on real life dating in hopes of attracting a partner.

3. Divorced Men

A divorced man can be of any age group from 18-99 and they could be divorced only once or many times. As they are divorced their disposable income has decreased because they are often spending a lot of it on alimony or child support payments. This does not mean that they are good with their money or making decisions about partners and the opposite sex. Especially in the time after a divorce or during separation they are going to be looking for a lot of ‘escape’ from their current situation. These types of men will make a lot of poor decisions in the short term and the dating industry relies on these types of men to pay for dating services that others use for free. OnlyFans is a good place for divorced men to find comfort and solace if only for the short term in OnlyFans pages and buying subscriptions. This is a prime group when it comes to spending money on OnlyFans.

4. Married Men

A married man is anyone who is currently in a committed relationship and this can be directly through marriage or in a very long term committed relationship. While many would consider subscribing to certain OnlyFans pages as cheating on ones spouse, others do not. So you will have some married men who are given a ‘hall pass’ when it comes to OnlyFans because it is simply virtual fun and not real. But for those who are not allowed to go on OnlyFans it acts as a lure which will drive even more men to decide to subscribe. Married men typically have a good amount of money and slight disposable income due to being desirable enough by their mate to have married them. This is typically because they are seen as good providers. So married men will have a good amount of money to spend on the site if they are lured to the site either in secret or because they are in a unhappy relationship.

5. Older Retired Men

One group that tends to be overlooked is that of the Older Retired Man. This is a person who is either still married or has lost their spouse either through death or separation. Older retired men can be anywhere from 50 years old or older. While many of them are not native to the Internet they have used it in some way over the years and are familiar with how to navigate it enough to play games and look at online content. This group while not as interested in the ‘online virtual relationship’ aspect of OnlyFans will appreciate the content that they can get on the site. They also prefer to remain generally anonymous and not promote that they are looking at people much younger than themselves on the site. This group is going to subscribe and not ask for much else from their OnlyFans experience. If you can find a good group of older subscribers you will find them to be an easy group to please and very loyal.

6. Women

Another group that is under-served but interested in OnlyFans content is women. Women can subscribe to OnlyFans pages for a number of reasons. They might do so because they are attracted to the visual content that is produced on the site either by women or men. They may subscribe as well to support content creation and the empowerment of sex positiveness. Women also have the same desires as men for connection and erotic content. While it doesn’t make sense typically to gear your whole campaign towards women as they are a small group compared to men when it comes to subscribers it is important to remember that women also subscribe to OnlyFans pages for a number of reasons.

So What Do Single Young Men Want from an OnlyFans Page?

Single young men are the audience that most people think of as the people most likely to consume OnlyFans content. As young men are the most native to being online or on their phones for both work and play it is a natural fit for them to also be interested in OnlyFans Pages. This group can be only interested in visual gratification (i.e. pictures and videos to consume quickly) or may want a deeper connection with their OnlyFans creator. Typically though you can assume based on age that a creator will be treated with God like status from this age group then from other demographics. Obviously just creating content can be tiring enough when you likely have other jobs and responsibilities in life but if you want to succeed on the platform you will take the time to target the demographic that fits best with your page and try to give them exactly what they want.

Although most of us make New Year’s resolutions its pretty much a fact that most of them are discarded a few weeks into the year. The whole gym membership industry relies on people getting very excited about their health and fitness in the New Year and then forgetting about it a few months later. Well at the beginning of this year of 2022 I propose that you do your best to keep your New Years Resolutions and add a few more to the list in regards to your OnlyFans page. Here is my List of 10 OnlyFans New Years Resolutions you should work hard to keep this year.

1. Pick a New Niche to Explore

One way to keep your OnlyFans page interesting and yourself highly engaged in the process is to constantly be exploring new areas to make money from. A great way to do this is to explore new marketing niches as the New Year begins. As you may know a niche is a particular category or interest that has a good amount of consumers who are interested in buying it. I know reaching out to a lot of fans is easier said than done and can often lead to issues with how much attention is too much. So recently a new creator contacted me wanting to know how to succeed on the site and why I recommend going at it on your own for a while before getting an OnlyFans manager or someone to run your OnlyFans account. It started me thinking in my response to her that perhaps success on OnlyFans is more than just posting pictures and promos in the right places (although those things are very important) and perhaps it’s more of a Mindset that sees certain creators succeed while others fail. I am going to go over that success mindset and how to achieve it.

What is a Success Mindset?

You’ll often here expressions like ‘that’s what separates the winners from the losers’ and ‘they had the willpower to succeed’ when people talk about successful people. Rarely does anyone say ‘Cindy was just smarter than everyone else so she’s a winner’ or “Randal showed up to work every day earlier than everyone else so they are a winner.” People know deep down that in the end there is a certain mindset that helps people achieve regardless of the amount of work they put in or even their intelligence level. So what is it that separates the winners from the losers on OnlyFans or any business really?  It’s a mindset that allows someone to achieve while someone else who might have a lot more natural gifts fail. So what is the success mindset when it comes to a Site like OnlyFans? I am going to go over the 12 keys to starting and keeping a success mindset.

1. My Success Will Come in the Future

Here is the hardest lesson anyone will have to learn when it comes to business and success on OnlyFans. You are going to need to be patient and build towards you success not right now but in the future. That future could be a month from now or even a year from now but you absolutely cannot start an OnlyFans page and think that you will be successful on day one or even month one. Honestly it is likely best if you aren’t successful that fast because you will not have a solid foundation to build anything on. When you hear about rappers who get one big hit song and then fade into obscurity or a business that blows up super fast and blows away into the wind it is because they did not prepare themselves ahead of time for success. If success hits you too fast you have no way of scaling growth and you aren’t going to be aware of all the challenges you are going to face. If success comes to you slowly you will have time to adjust to each challenge along the way. There is a scene in the widely popular Netflix series Squid Game in which the contestant have to jump across a bridge of tempered and un-tempered glass. If they step on the un tempered glass they fall to their death. One contestant notices that the light reflects differently off the tempered glass while the others just blindly jump to their deaths. This is an example that shows you that those who take the time to see where they are going while finding and overcoming challenges will succeed. You also should be preparing yourself for your future success by how you promote and market your page. If you take short term short cuts on pricing and content you will pay for it in the future.

2. My Struggles Now Will Pay Dividends One Day

People with a success mindset realize that struggles and setbacks are inevitable and part of the path towards achieving your goals. Each time you hit a road block you should celebrate and not despair because you have identified one less obstacle to your success. You just need to figure a way around it and move on. Each struggle you overcome becomes a tool in your tool-belt that you will easily move past when you see it again because now you have the skills to overcome it. Not only that but the fact that you will take the time to figure out the obstacle and someone else will decide to give up at that point means you have one less competitor to deal with. Remember that business is not a test where you get an A or you fail, business is a game of survival where you either sink or swim – and then after you swim you realize you are swimming with sharks. Don’t let anyone but you decide when you have failed. Don’t let your competitors get into your head because they just want to kick you out of the game. Don’t let customers pull you down with complaints or other issues because there will always be people who will complain and be negative. All that you go through now will help you succeed in the future and if you give up too soon you won’t be able to use all those tools in your toolbelt you worked so hard to get in the first place.

3. I am not working for your enjoyment but for mine

People who are successful do not work for other peoples enjoyment but for their own. What I mean by this is the a sure fire way to fail is to start doing something just because it is popular or pays more money than something else. Once you start creating content you hate or dealing with fans you don’t enjoy you are digging your own grave when it comes to success on OnlyFans. It will be only a matter of time until you just burn out or give up. The reasons is because you can’t sustain any business or venture long term based off of false gratification. If you are someone who is truly motivated by making as much money as possible thant that is your enjoyment. But you can’t make yourself become like that just to make more money. If you are artistic in nature and you have to spend a few hours more than other making your content ‘sparkle’ and ‘shine’ it is not a waste of time to do so because it is bringing you enjoyment. The amount of time ‘lost’ to doing what you enjoy isn’t real at all because it will motivate you to continue long after other creators have burnt out from doing what they think people will buy or pay attention to. Be true to your passions and you will always have the will to succeed.

4. My Customers Come First

Successful people know that once they throw themselves into a business arena they must have the mantra that the customer comes first. The customer is also always right even when they are wrong. The amount of people who will take advantage of your kindness is small and you can always afford to make a few exceptions for these people. For if you end up angering them in the slightest they can cause a storm online that will be seen by hundreds if not thousands more people hurting your business and bottom line. So the best way to make sure that your customers are always happy on OnlyFans is to put them first. It is true that you can’t choose who will subscribe to your OnlyFans page, but you do get to decide whom you sell custom content to or interact with on Social Media. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that all your customers are not equal even the ones that spend the least amount can have high expectations of you. Do your absolute best in every way to put your customers and fans first and you will always have a successful business.

5. I Will Not Work Until Burnout

In the past people felt that they should always push through and try to work more hours than the other person does and that will make them a big success. Now that we understand more about how the human brain works and how our bodies function in general we know that is not the case at all. When you work to the point of exhaustion or choose work constantly over sleep and exercise you are not at your peak performance in any way when working. Successful people know that keeping a healthy balance of work, exercise and leisure is the real key to success. So if you are working on your OnlyFans promotion or content and you start to feel burned out take a break. It sound like a very logical thing to do but for many people they feel guilty for not working or feel like they will end up blaming themselves if their page or promotion fails. Just think about the times when you were most productive, you likely were at the greatest balance at the time.

6. I work Until I tire of Work and then I start Learning

As I just mentioned you should never work until the point of burnout but what is the alternative when you just don’t feel like working? Well successful people know that when you’re not feeling in the mood to write that paper or take photos that the world of learning is open to you. The world of learning can be active like reading a book or following a tutorial or passive like listening to a podcast or watching an educational video. You should always be looking for opportunities to grow in your knowledge of the goals you are trying to accomplish. If you don’t feel in the mood to take pictures one day than take that day to learn more about photo lighting or video editing. If you’re trying to market your OnlyFans on reddit but not getting anywhere, do research on subreddits or read posting advice from those who are successful. Your brain might burnout in one area of work and be a sponge in the area of learning at the same time, don’t waste the opportunity to learn more or pick up a new skill that could help you succeed on OnlyFans.

7. I hit the Wall and I Stopped and Found the Walls Weak Spot

Successful people know that the wall is always going to be there eventually. What I mean by that is that you are always working to achieve specific goals in business and in life and at some point you reach them. Sometimes they were closer than you thought and other times very far away. But what if you reach a wall before the goal you were trying to achieve that you just can’t get through or around it? Do you move onto the next goal and come back to that one? For successful people they take stock of the situation and try to find the walls weak spot. They read and try to learn how others have tackled what may seem like an insurmountable goal and they come back at the wall with a new approach. It could mean climbing or flying over it when before you were just looking to smash through it like the incredible Hulk. Whatever happens don’t give up on your goals just because you feel like you’ve hit a wall you can’t get past, there is always a way just sometimes it takes a bit of ingenuity and courage to get past it.

8. Success is Not a Stopping Point It’s Just the Beginning

It is pretty typical for people to set goals for themselves and then once they achieve them take their foot off the gas and start to glide. Yes, when you achieve goals you should certainly take a little time to celebrate and even slow down your pace for a little while. You have certainly earned that but success is not a race that when you cross the finish line you have won. Success is an ongoing process and once you have reached one goal it’s time to create a whole new set of goals based on where you are now. For instance when you started your OnlyFans you were at an early stage and your actions reflected that stage but once you have hundreds of fans you should be transitioning your actions so that they reflect these new realities. If you continue promoting and creating content like you did in the beginning you are unlikely to grow but to begin to either shrink slightly or stay at about the same earnings rate. Now for some people this is their version of success and they don’t want to grow any bigger. If that is you, that is fine as you don’t want to overwhelm yourself but for the vast majority of creators they want to make more money and become more successful on the site. So that means adjusting your marketing plan as events change and you grow. This is the best way to continue to find real success on OnlyFans.

9. I Worked While others Slept

Now you might be thinking does that mean that you have to work 24 hour a day in order to be successful on OnlyFans. This is not what I mean at all, what I do mean is that you need to find the work schedule that fits best with your life. Some people work best in the morning while others find success working late at night when the world is quiet. Other people have to work on their OnlyFans during odd hours because of work or family responsibilities. Overall if you plan on being successful on OnlyFans you can’t just put in a little bit of work and expect it to grow on it’s own. You need to evaluate your time and figure out when it will be best for you to work on your OnlyFans page and promotion. You also want to work when opportunities present themselves even if that is in the middle of the night. What I mean here is that many people are able to seize opportunities as they arise because they are not set to specific work schedule, ideally you want to be one of these people in order to succeed.

10. My First Dollars Spent are worth More Than All My Future Dollars Spent

One tried and true fact of success is that the resources you have in the beginning are limited. These resources can be time, money or energy to expend on a particular project. Why do so many people fail at OnlyFans and on businesses in general? Mainly because they don’t alot these limited resources correctly. These resources are the equivalent of food for your business if you don’t get enough food after a few weeks you will die, this is the same with a business. So this means that when you are first starting out your resources need to be used to the maximum effect. Once you become successful the money you have to buy additional promotion or marketing will be vast, but in the beginning even a few dollars could mean the success or failure of your endeavors. Don’t waste any of these resources on foolish ventures that take you away from your main goal which is success.

11. I Admire those who are Succeeding Around Me

One big thing that will absolutely kill your willpower and make you a generally disliked creator is envy. Yes there will always be people who are doing better than you on OnlyFans and you’ll look at them and say ‘Buy I’m prettier, or I’m more worthy of this attention’ but people succeed for a number of reasons and most of it revolves around sheer willpower. Before you decide to have envy for a successful OnlyFans creator have respect for them and have an inquisitive mind on how they were able to succeed. If you are able to admire a competitor you will find that you will learn from them. Envy closes off your mind to someone and makes you not want to be around them or study their success techniques. It also gives you a false sense about how success is achieved because you will focus on outside appearances and not the process by which the OnlyFans creator was able to be make more money and gain more subscribers. Use admiration as a secret tool to not only study a creator but possibly get on their good side and become someone they’d want to help to promote themselves.

12. I grew my Brand so that no one Brand controlled Me

There are a lot of false assumptions about OnlyFans that need to be cleared up

With OnlyFans quick rise to popularity their have also been a lot of misnomers about what it takes to succeed on the site. I wanted to write this article to clear up some of the most common misconceptions that both creators and the general public have about the site. I went ahead and wrote the false opinion (some of which if you are a creator on the site you have likely heard dozens of times) and then after that I give the actual facts refuting the claims being made.

1. OnlyFans is an Easy Place to Make a Lot of Money Quickly

False Opinion: Everyone should just jump on OnlyFans especially if they are ‘hot’ or ‘attractive’ because it’s just easy money. Guys are just waiting around to Simp for anyone who jumps on the site. My sister’s cousin’s best friend niece got on the site and made 10K in a day. 

Fact: OnlyFans is not a get rich quick scheme and most people find out that it requires hard work and dedication shortly after joining the site. Sadly there are very few resources for creators with OnlyFans having a sink or swim policy that rarely helps creators succeed. So it makes it even harder to make money on the site because you have to pretty much do everything on your own. One of the reasons I created the OnlyFans Secrets Podcast and OnlyFans Marketing Blog is to provide those kind of resources. You can of course make money on OnlyFans and many people have made a lot of money from the platform but it usually happens to them after months and months of hard work slowly building their page up to critical mass. The same way that it is hard to get a business off the ground it can be hard to do with an OnlyFans page. Typically we only see those businesses in the real world who have succeeded and not the thousands that have failed so we are left with a false assumption that success in business is easy.

2. OnlyFans is just a porn site

False Opinion: OnlyFans is just a site for people who like to ‘pay to get off’ and it’s like paying for PornHub. It’s just a site where you can look at naked people and a lot of dirty videos and pictures you can just get for free by searching ‘boobs’ on Google.

Fact: While OnlyFans does contain a great deal of adult content it is not a Porn site, it is in fact a Fan Club site with thousands of fan clubs you can join and subscribe to. If it was just a porn site then it would be competing with the likes of PornHub for eyeballs and in fact it is actually sites like those that have gotten in trouble for publishing OnlyFans content, not the other way around. To me OnlyFans is a natural replacement for Playboy Magazine combined with the ability to actually interact with the people you follow and admire. OnlyFans is also not set up just for adult material and many pages are used for specific genres like Podcasts, Cooking and Health and fitness. The site can be used to promote and monetize a lot of different types of content and allows anyone who is over 18 to actually profit from the content they are creating without having to impress big Social Media overlords like Facebook or Google.

3. OnlyFans Takes a lot of your money so it’s better just to Sell Content On Your Own

False Opinion:  Why would anyone want to give OnlyFans 20% when they can just sell their content on Snapchat or directly on Twitter and keep 100%? No one should let ‘the man’ take 20% of your income, and it’s highway robbery for them to take 20%!

Fact: OnlyFans provides a safe middle ground for both buyers and sellers to interact with one another. The cost of 20% is like a protection fee that you pay because you are pretty positive you will be paid for your content on the site. When you sell your content yourself you have no protection from being ripped off and your sellers also have no protection from being scammed. You will be able to sell a lot more by volume on a site like OnlyFans because of this fact. You also run the risk using sites like Paypal of being banned for selling adult content because that is not allowed on their site or most other payment processors. OnlyFans 20% helps cover the large fees they have to pay as a company selling ‘Vice” to the credit card processors. This fee is due to the high amount of chargebacks attempted by buyers on adult goods. In the end OnyFans only makes a small percentage from your content even much lower than the 20% that they charge. They also cover all the hosting fees as well as exposure your content to an audience of 130 million plus users of the site.

4. OnlyFans is banning Adult Content 

False Opinion:  I heard OnlyFans is going to ban adult content next month or in December or at some point in the future. So all those people you subscribe to are just going to take your money and run so I wouldn’t even bother with the site anymore.

Fact: OnlyFans did shoot itself in the foot this year with a knee jerk reaction brought on by the aforementioned credit card processors and credit card companies by stating they would be banning adult content on the site. You can read here about the backlash to that announcement which I have talked about in length. They quickly reversed their position on the matter and decided not to ban adult content on the site. The announcement that they were banning the content got a lot more attention in the media than their announcement that they had reversed their decision on that and would continue to provide adult content on the site, in what I call the Richard Jewell effect. So as of right now there is no ban on adult content on OnlyFans and OnlyFans has no plan to ban adult content in the future.

5. OnlyFans Steals Your Money

False Opinion: I end up selling content on the site and then someone disputes it through there credit card and they take the money back. I bet OnlyFans keeps that money any way and they just end up stealing money from creators. How can they just give someone their money back when they’ve already seen my content? That is theft!

Facts: OnlyFans is a business that relies on Credit Card processors to make any money. Much like you have to wait for your bank deposit from OnlyFans, the company has to wait for the money to clear through the credit card processor before they see a dime of it. That means that when someone buys your content or subscription on OnlyFans no one has been paid yet. The credit card company hasn’t been paid, the processor hasn’t been paid and OnlyFans has not been paid. The person using the credit card could have stolen it, been using it falsely or be under age and using an adults card without permission. There are a number of reasons that the person could make a valid chargeback claim to the credit card company about the purchase they just made. Yes, as the OnlyFans creator you have been screwed over when this happens because your content has been viewed and you have provided the service you promised as part of your end of the contract with OnlyFans. But since OnyFans can’t get paid until the credit card company pays the processor and the processor pays OnlyFans, you will not get paid by OnlyFans if there is a chargeback made.

6. Promoting Your OnlyFans on ‘Name the Site” is a Waste of Time

False Opinion:  Anyone who posts pictures on Twitter is totally wasting their time because no one uses Twitter, everyone is on Instagram. Why would you post lewds for free on Reddit all the time, everyone just looks at them and leaves. What a waste of time! Are you seriously building a following on Tiktok, why when it will just be dead in a few weeks?

Fact: Every time you promote yourself on a Social Media site there will be someone who will be out there to tell you that it ‘doesn’t work’. The reason is because that site didn’t work for them and because we tend to make the false assumption about things that if they don’t work for us they are trash, you should listen to their advice with a grain of salt. Every site has it’s positives and negatives and those change depending on the person and what they are selling. If you are someone who takes amazing videos than TikTok is going to be a big hit for you where someone who is shy about acting on camera will find it useless. If you enjoy commenting and retweeting posts and interacting your DM’s Twitter is going to be a great place for you, but if you find the site dull and tedious you likely won’t succeed on it. You get the point I am making here, you have to find the site that works best for you and drown out the noise from all the people who say it doesn’t work. The same as Taylor Swift is either the best music you heard today or something that belongs to be played on a slow elevator ride to Hell, everyone has their own opinions and experiences that make one Social Media network gold or trash for them.

7. You Have to Show your Face to Succeed on OnlyFans

False Opinion:  No one who makes any REAL money is a faceless creator, all people want to see on the site is your face and how attractive you are. There is no way anyone is making money on the site who isn’t also showing their face.

Fact: Although it makes sense to show your face on OnlyFans in order to gain more connection with your fans, there are plenty of creators who just show off certain aspects of their body and make plenty of money on the site. You can be a creator who never shows your face simply by using proper editing tools and cropping your photos. If you have a very attractive body many people might not even notice that you aren’t showing your face or never do. Many creators promote their OnlyFans without ever showing their face and just hint at the kind of content that will be on their page. You can also specialize your page around certain body parts like your feet or your chest and not have to worry about ever showing your face. Not showing your face on OnlyFans can also give you the opportunity to spend more time connecting with your fans on an emotional or friendly level. If you enjoy posting messages and writing your fans back you can likely succeed and make plenty of money on OnlyFans while never showing your face.

8. Only Celebrities Make any real money on OnlyFans

False Opinion: Why are you even on OnlyFans when everyone knows like 99% of the money is made by big time celebrities? I read that most creators make like less than $50 a month? You’re going to do all that work and expose yourself for that little? What a waste.

Fact: So there is always this sense that ‘most creators’ only make $50 a month on OnlyFans that seems to be out in the world. It’s as if people have never heard of averages? So let’s say that you give a Standard Math Quiz with 50 questions and 100 students take that quiz. A certain number of people will get 100s on the quiz, some will get in the 90s, the majority will get in the 70s and 80s and some people will get in the 60s or even lower and fail the quiz. Now let’s say that the second quiz is very hard and there are only 10 questions on the quiz. Now that will change the grades drastically because if you get one question wrong you are already down to 90% and even getting 5 out of 10 of the very hard questions right will lead you to failing. This second quiz is what OnlyFans and starting a business is like. There are no gimme questions and no points for filling out your name. So many creators will join OnlyFans and basically answer one question right or do one thing right to get a few subs and then quit. A few exceptional people will master OnlyFans and do everything right and get 8 or even 10 questions right. Now when things are harder you get a lot fewer success stories so if the same 100 students take the second harder quiz the average grade due to people answering 1 or 2 questions right will plummet way down. This is the same thing that happens when someone says the average creator doesn’t make anything on the site. Of course the average user doesn’t make very much money, this is a business and that means survival of the fittest.

9. OnlyFans isn’t a lot of work

False Opinion:  Why don’t you get a real job? The only people who are on OnlyFans are lazy people who just want to get naked and make money. I mean that’s all you do is take pictures and dumb guys pay for that, that’s so lazy. I work hard every day at my job and make one tenth what some OnlyFans person does. That’s not fair.

Fact: I have tried with my Podcast and Blog to show that success of OnlyFans is a lot of work. It is a lot of work on the front end of creating content and a page that people will be interested in subscribing to. It is a lot of work to post and create promotions that will be effective and grow your page. It is a lot of work to keep those OnlyFans subscribers you have continuing to subscribe. It is also a lot of work to do all of this on your own with very few resources from the company you are working with. Not to mention it’s a lot of work to stay consistent and continue to post and be enthusiastic about your work day in and day out. Very few people who say that OnlyFans isn’t a lot of work could survive on the site as a content creator.

10. The Only option OnlyFans creators have for work is McDonalds

False Opinion:  OnlyFans creators are lucky the site doesn’t ban explicit content or there will be a rush on applications at McDonalds. I bet that’s why we have a waiter shortage in the country as well. Guess you will have to get a real job like Fast Food soon.

Fact: This was a big running ‘joke’ online when OnlyFans looked like it might get rid of adult content in August. The assumption out in the world is that most people succeeding and making real money on OnlyFans have no real options for making money outside of the site. This is false because most creators on OnlyFans have multiple stream of income based on their content with OnlyFans being a large portion only because it has captured the largest audience for the content that they are selling. The demand will continue with or without OnlyFans as a company or concept and many of the creators on the site were making money on other platforms selling their content via sites or live cam experiences. It also is degrading to say that the people on the site are not educated as most creators have a good amount of education in a particular field they just choose to do OnlyFans because it is more lucrative.

11. Porn Stars and Strippers Make Great OnlyFans Creators

False Opinion: People who are used to taking their clothes off like Strippers and Porn Stars must make so much money on OnlyFans. They don’t even have to do much work, just take pictures of yourself like at work and boom you’re rich!

Fact: There is an irony that those who are closest to the old ways of doing things rarely adapt as well or as fast as those native to the new ways. This is the case for many Adult Stars and Strippers who while successful on the site are often not the most successful. One of the obvious reasons is simply time. For many strippers and adult performers they are used to specific time that they are ‘working’ and the rest of the time being off work. They put in countless hours at work interacting with people and many of them do not want to come back home and log onto OnlyFans and do the same thing again. Meanwhile many amateurs who were used to spending 24/7 online on new apps made the transition seamlessly because it was just an extension of the routine they were used to. So while strippers and adult stars would seem to be the ones that would benefit most from the site they often don’t have the time or inclination to truly succeed on the platform.

12. OnlyFans is a Fad that will soon fade from memory like MySpace

False Opinion: OnlyFans is only popular because of the Pandemic and as soon as people can go out and live their normal lives it will fade away into obscurity like other failed social networks.

Fact: OnlyFans is one of the fastest growing Social Media Platforms ever and has not shown any sign of falling off. Even after the shakeup with adult content there has not been any significant drop in users on OnlyFans or it’s traffic. OnyFans has captured the market making it difficult for even worthy competitors like Fansly to steal much of the market share from it. As long as the Internet continues to function in the same way (we are likely years away from Web 3.0 and the metaverse/NFT reality) OnlyFans will continue to be the leader in Fan Sites.

13. You Can Get Fired from Your Job for Having an OnlyFans

False Opinion: Anyone who has a job can get fired from it for having an OnlyFans. Nurses and School teachers have been fired so it’s best to avoid the site.

Fact: Sadly most states in the United States you can be fired from your job for just about any reason the employer likes except for reasons pertaining to a violation of your Civil Rights. That being said if your employer decides to fire you over having an OnlyFans page in our current economy where workers are in super high demand they will likely be the ones missing out. There are so many people now who have OnlyFans pages or participate in some way with similar types of work that it would be a waste of time for most employers to fire you from your job over that. Keep in mind that it can be a reason for termination but so can just about anything else someone may thing up and do you really want to work for a bigoted company like that anyway?

So those were a few of the common misconceptions currently out there about OnlyFans. Getting Started on OnlyFans can seem daunting but with this guide you’ll be able to focus on your success right away

OnlyFans Creator Quick Start Guide: Last Updated: November 13, 2021 Reading Time: 20 Minutes

So I’ve been writing and speaking about OnlyFans for over a year now and I realized that every day new creators are jumping onto the platform without a real understanding of how OnlyFans works or what to do to be successful. So I wanted to put together a quick guide for new creators that is a Quick Start Guide for success on the platform. In this article I am going to discuss your first seven days on OnlyFans and what to concentrate on for each of those days to build a solid foundation moving forward. Think of this like a survival guide in a way as well as putting yourself on a path towards making money on the site.

Day 1

Now I am going to treat Day 1 as the day when your OnlyFans has been approved by the site to go live and for you to start accepting money. That means you’ll want to already be verified and have your banking information in the site before you start this guide. That being said let’s jump into what you want to do on your first day after verification.

Very Important Day 1 Tasks:

Pick a Good Username

Picking your username is a very important task. Many creators rush through this step in order to just get their page from having the default ‘u134857’ type name. You want to take this particular step very seriously because much like the name given to you at childbirth you want it to be a good one that will last the full life of your OnlyFans page. I have discussed in lengths on how to make your username an asset to you for both Search Engines like Google and being easily spoken and typed. You want to make sure that your username tells people a bit about who you are and what type of content they can expect to get from you. At the same time you want the username to be short and simple enough that you’ll remember it when typing it in somewhere or prompting it. That is a lot to ask from one name I realize and that’s why it’s important to take the time to adequately choose a good one. If you wrack your brain and can’t think of one on Day one that is fine, perhaps sleep on it and a good one will come to you. Just remember that you need to have this username chosen before you start to promote your OnlyFans page.

Fill out Your Display Name

Many creators don’t know that their display name acts as the title of your page to search engines like Google. I have talked in length on how to utilize your display name not just for keyword targeting but also to alert users to different specials and offers you have. You can even let people know about a Live Event using your display name. Remember your display name can be changed whenever you feel like it and it doesn’t need to be set in stone like your username. So you want to make this an important task on day one with your OnlyFans page. In the beginning I would advise keeping things simple when it comes to your display name. Using the character name you’ve given yourself in your display name with a simple description of what kind of content you’ll be producing is good for now. I would also add a powerful adjective to your username like ‘Hot” ‘Sexy’ ‘Curvy’ etc, that will keep people’s attention. You can also add ‘flare’ to your display name with emojis but I wouldn’t do to much of this as it may make you seem a bit immature and new. Overall you want to spend some time on day one thinking of a good Display name you want people to see. Remember this is the name that will appear in the DM’s when you write someone as well so you want to make it worthy of opening up.

Pin A Post to the top of your page

I am a big proponent of having a welcoming image or video at the top of your OnlyFans page. I highly recommend that you let your fans hear your voice if you can because it will help build a deeper connection with you. Obviously this is your first day on the platform so you really don’t know too much about how things work. So it is best to post a picture with a text message welcoming people to your page. The picture should be one of your best pictures and should likely not contain anything explicit in it. This is meant to endear people to you not necessarily your body or other attributes. You can accomplish a lot with just one pinned post at the beginning. It will allow you to connect with fans, explain who you are and why you have an OnlyFans page, give them an idea of what you look like and what you are all about and you can also mention if you do custom content or have other offers you want them to know about. Whether you decide to start out your page free or paid it will give people a welcoming message that will hook them from the beginning. If you feel like being advanced from the beginning you can use a free software like Canva to combine text into your picture for an even more interactive experience.

Day 2

This is the day you want to start getting your promotion groundwork laid out. No one is going to beat a path to your door just because you have an OnlyFans page. Unless you already have a good following on Social Media you will need to start creating that buzz yourself by creating OnlyFans specific Social Media accounts.

Very Important Day 2 Tasks:

Create Your Twitter OnlyFans Account

OnlyFans encourages you to have a Twitter account and for good reason as the site gets 6.6 Billion Monthly visits. People often forget just how much traffic Twitter gets because the discussion often focuses around Facebook, Google and Instagram. Not only does Twitter get a lot of traffic but it’s one of the only major social media sites that allow Not Safe for Work Content to live openly and freely on it’s site. When you are attempting to sell NSFW content it makes sense to promote it on a site where users sign up to see such content on a daily basis. So your first task on Day 2 is to create a unique separate Twitter account just to promote your OnlyFans. If you already have a Twitter account you should not use it unless you are ok with everyone you knew previously finding out about your OnlyFans page. It also makes sense for safety reasons to create a new Twitter account so that nothing associated to you personally like your location, age, contacts you know in real life etc. are out there for anyone with bad intentions to find. It’s pretty easy to create a new Twitter account as you just need an e-mail address and a phone number to associate to the account. You can use the same phone number for multiple twitter accounts as long as some time has passed between the creation of the account. You want to go ahead and add your OnlyFans link to your profile as well as create a clever Twitter Handle and Display name for your account. At this point you just want to have something initially setup that you can improve on at a later time.

Create a Reddit Account

For many people new to OnlyFans they don’t typically have a Reddit account. Reddit has always been the domain of Males from 13-30 years old. As most creators are female it might be your first time even hearing about reddit let alone signing up for an account. Reddit is another site that allows NSFW content to be published within 18+ based subreddits. Reddit is one of the most visited sites on the Internet and posting on the site is totally free. At this point you want to just sign up to Reddit as quickly as possible. The reason is because many subreddits require that your profile be a certain number of days old to post or to join the subreddit. You don’t need to be active on the profile for it to age. So go ahead and get a reddit account created and verified and choose a username that is similar if possible to your OnlyFans username as you’ll be using this account specifically for OnlyFans promotion.

Create a LinkTree/All My Links Page

Now you have a bunch of pages out there and you want people to be able to find all of these pages to see your content. This is where sites like Linktree and AllMyLinks.com come into play. Check out both of these sites and decide for yourself which sites interface you like the most and add each of the links you’ve created today (Twitter and Reddit) as well as your OnlyFans link to your page. Remember that you can order the links yourself, so you’ll want your OnlyFans link to be at the top. For now you just want to register your page and add the links. As you create more pages over the next few days you’ll want to come back and add the new links along the way as well.

Day 3

Now that you’ve setup your Promotion Social Media as well as having your OnlyFans begin to take shape this day should be spent on setting up killer Pinned Posts.

Create Your Pinned Introduction Post on OnlyFans

As I mentioned previously having a good pinned post on your OnlyFans will keep your site messaging clear and concise. It will also allow you to speak to those new to subscribing to your page directly and let them know about other items you offer besides what they just subscribed to. You want to go ahead and create your pinned introduction post today. Whether you decide to make it a video or a picture is up to you. If it’s a video I recommend looking directly at the camera and speaking to your new subscriber in a one on one fashion. Let them know that you appreciate them being on the site and what content is on the page for them to enjoy. If you are brand new let them know about what content you expect to be making in the next few weeks or months. For a picture post as I mentioned you can post the picture with a content message underneath or use Canva to make one image that has both pictures and texts in it. Either way you want to make sure that your pinned post is at the top of the page and provides useful information to your new subscribers.

Create Twitter Pinned Post

I did an entire Podcast episode on this topic in the past on the OnlyFans Secrets Podcast so if you haven’t listened to that episode I highly recommend it. Overall your Pinned Post on Twitter is very important both for the growth of your Twitter page and your OnlyFans page itself. It should accomplish the following goals. 1. Provide a preview to what someone can expect on your OnlyFans page.  2. Show off your unique personality  3. Be slightly sales oriented so that people know what kind of content they can get off of Twitter.  4. Be appealing enough that people will want to re-tweet on their own Twitter page.  Obviously this is a lot to ask from one pinned post so I have gone into detail previously on how to accomplish all of those goals with one powerhouse tweet. Remember that growth of Twitter relies on having your twitter posts re-tweeted and seen by as many people possible but your Pinned Post also acts as an introduction to all those new to your Twitter page. Make sure it shows off your personality and why someone should subscribe to you on OnlyFans or even just follow you on Twitter,

Create Reddit Pinned Post

The reddit pinned post is very important because Reddit itself does not allow linkable URL’s in your profile description. Almost all OnlyFans creators still put their OnlyFans link in their profile description but since it isn’t linkable someone would need to copy and paste it into their browser and few people are going to do that. Instead the best technique is to create a post that you just publish to your own profile that includes your links either to OnlyFans or a site like LinkTree with all of your links on it. Your profile acts that same way as a subreddit would as you can publish directly to it and it will only appear on your profile page. Keep in mind that anyone following you will see what you publish to your Profile Feed in their Reddit post feed the same as if they had subscribed to a subreddit. When you post your link make sure that you go back to your profile and choose to make it a ‘sticky post’ this is the Reddit language for pinned post.

Day 4

Organizing Your Content

One area that demands a good amount of time and effort but is often not discussed is the need to organize your content properly. Remember that your content is a huge part of the eventual success of your OnlyFans page. I’ve discussed previously putting your content into specific categories so that they each serve a unique purpose. Here are the categories you want to organize your content into.

Free Content on Your OnlyFans Page or Promotions

This is content that only gets put onto a Free OnlyFans page or is used for Free Promotional Spaces. This is content that should be good quality but is mainly for ‘preview’ of better content that you have. You can use these same Free pictures for promotions either as stand alone images or combined with text on the pictures as well. This should be content that is appealing but you want to make sure this content is only used on Free Pages. These can also be images you use on sites like Instagram or TikTok as well.

Behind the Wall Subscriber Content

This is the content that you will be posting on a weekly or daily basis on an OnlyFans page. This content should not be seen anywhere else but behind a pay wall on your OnlyFans page. In many cases you might have a series of pictures and the most exclusive or revealing picture is saved to be put onto OnlyFans. Resist the temptation to use these kind of pictures on sites like Reddit or Twitter as promotion because people will feel cheated as if they have paid for something they have already seen.

Spicy Promotional Content

If you feel comfortable promoting yourself with more explicit pictures you need to organize content around the type of subjects you plan on promoting. If you are looking to promote yourself for instance on a ‘no shave’ kind of forum you’ll want to have content specifically featuring your hairy self. If you have studied certain aspects of Twitter OnlyFans promotion and notice that certain types of spicy pictures get the most retweets you’ll want to create content specifically in that vein. After a certain amount of time using these pictures or videos you can eventually put them on your OnlyFans after they have worn out their newness with your promotions. Just remember to give it a bit of time before you do so.

Custom Content

While you might not know right away what kind of custom content will sell, once you have a grasp of that you’ll want to go ahead and create that type of content for potential sale. Remember that you can still put Paywall content even on a paid subscriber VIP OnlyFans page. Meaning that you can make additional money from tips and people buying even more exclusive content from you. If you have previous custom content from the past (while you were of course over 18 years of age) you can still sell it on OnlyFans as well as custom content. There is some debate in the community on whether you can use custom content that you made for one customer again in either promotion or future OnlyFans posts. I feel that if enough time has gone by that you can but I will leave it up to you on what you feel is the ethical way of handling your custom content.

Previous Unseen Content

As mentioned you can use content from your past (as long as you were over 18 at the time) on your OnlyFans page. If you have a lot of steamy content that you were never able to post or images from past Social Media (that currently is not easily found) you can put it onto your OnlyFans page. You want to take the time to organize this content and possibly schedule it to be posted over several weeks or months. Make sure to utilize the ‘post later’ feature on OnlyFans as you don’t want all of your content to be dumped all at once. By scheduling your content you will appear more active on your page to your subscribers.

With all those types of content you want to take day four to get all of it properly organized. In some cases you want to combine the best pictures for promotional material so that people will be able to know what your OnlyFans offers will be.

Day 5

Start Posting

Now that you’ve spent the last few days getting yourself setup it’s time to actually start planning your actual content posting schedule. You need to keep a consistent schedule of both posting content on OnlyFans and on Social Media sites in order to grow your following. This day should be spent getting your calendar ready as well as beginning your content posting.

Create Your Social Posting Calendar

One very important thing to have in your arsenal of success is a Social Media Posting Calendar. You can either create two different work calendars, one for OnlyFans posting and another for posting on your Social Media or combine the two into one powerful calendar. Even if the calendar is pretty rough to start you want to go ahead and start working on it today. You might end up posting randomly for a while before you get the hang of the best times to post but for now begin to create a skeleton of your future work calendar. Make sure to include tasks that both take a short amount of time to complete as well as longer term tasks that you may need to work on over several days posting. I have discussed in length creating a Work Calendar on the OnlyFans Secrets Podcast and if you haven’t listened to that episode I highly recommend it.

Begin Posting from your schedule on your Social Media and Your OnlyFans

Now that you have laid out the foundation of your OnlyFans page with a good username, display name and pinned post you can begin to schedule and post directly onto the page. This should hopefully be based on the calendar that you’ve made for yourself but if you decide to skip that step just make sure that you are posting on a regular basis and that you are mixing up the type of content you post on your OnlyFans so it doesn’t become stale. You also can begin posting on Twitter and Reddit now that you have both of those accounts setup. With Twitter you want to start posting content that you hope to have retweeted. When it comes to Reddit you want to research a few good subreddits that you can begin posting to that will likely be seen by a lot of viewers who would be into subscribing to the kind of content you produce on your OnlyFans page.

Day 6

Evaluate Your Progress So Far

If you’ve listened to my Podcast or read previous articles on my blog you’ll know that I am a big proponent of stopping and evaluating your progress. Running hard in a race is important, but running hard in a race in the opposite direction of the finish line is a disaster. That’s why this is a good day to look over what you’ve done so far. Here are the main areas to evaluate.

1. If possible view your OnlyFans page as a fan. Now that you’ve begun posting and promoting yourself you want to be able to see what your potential fans see. Create a ‘fan’ account on OnlyFans (it’s free) and give yourself a free trial of your site. Then walk through finding your link on Twitter or Reddit and pop onto your page. Do you like what you see? Also look at your page before you’re able to go behind the paywall as well, is it appealing? Do you like your banner and images, or do they look distorted and your marketing message is unclear? Don’t let the train get too far off the rails before you really analyze your page.
2. Look at Other creators – While you are using this fan account go ahead and look at other creators who are similar to you as well. Does your content stack up to what they are producing? Look at creators with similarly priced pages as well to make sure that your page price is competitive. When you go and look at other creators you will possibly come back feeling defeated, which is a good thing! Nothing improves a business like a good quick punch in the gut that your competitor is eating your lunch. You’ll want to improve and you’ll make the kind of changes needed to become a greater success.
3. Be Realistic about Your Content – Are you posting content that is interesting and of high quality? Is the lighting and positioning of your pictures good? Be critical of your pictures and videos because others will be as well. Of course when you first start out your content might be a bit dodgy in places. But you’ll want to go ahead and look at it and make notes on how you can improve and how you can make yourself better. Remember you’re not supposed to be perfect right now but you do want to be able to make better and better content as you move along in your process on OnlyFans.

Day 7

Now that you’ve evaluated your progress so far it’s time to start looking into the future with your day seven activities. These are going to be the areas you might not have as much time as you’d like for right now but will pay dividends in the future.

Create your TikTok Page

Right now TikTok is a huge Catch 22, TikTok hates OnlyFans (it really hates any site that takes you away from Tiktok) but even the mention of OnlyFans or anything ‘adult related’ can get you booted off the platform. Many creators have been kicked off the site half a dozen times and they keep coming back. They do this because this is where all the eyeballs are right now and the traffic is hard to pass up. So much like a character on Game of Thrones, don’t get too attached to your TikTok account because it might just die suddenly out of nowhere. So on Day 7 , it’s a good idea to begin your first TikTok account with the intent of funneling people to OnlyFans. I’ve gone over this in my TikTok OnlyFans guide on how to build a TikTok Thirst Trap page. I highly recommend you read that before starting your page as it’s a good way to hopefully prevent having your page banned while still appealing to potential subscribers.

Create Promotional Images Using Canva

If you haven’t already this is a good day to stat playing around with photo and video editing software like Canva. You are going to need to get decent at creating graphics for promoting what you are doing on OnlyFans on and off the site. There are many free and premium graphics software that you can use to do this work. You may want to explore the App store on your phone to find the software that works best for you. Once you do, start playing around with the features so you’ll be able to create cool effects and images that both improve upon the quality of your pictures while also acting as potential promotion pieces. It’s a good idea to spend a few hours working with these programs as it will really enhance the kind of quality content that you make. One other note is to learn to make your own watermarks in these programs as OnlyFans watermark sometimes isn’t enough protection and can be easily cropped out in many cases.

Begin Interacting with Fans

Lastly on this day you should begin the long journey of interacting with your fans. That means getting out of your DMs and actually responding to comments on your OnlyFans page and in the different social media sites that you have now spent a week building out. I find that interacting with fans in the beginning is the best way to keep people involved and engaged with your page. It is often the one advantage that new creators on OnlyFans have over older creators. Once someone is very established or has consistent income coming in they just aren’t as hungry as they once were and fans can tell. As a new creator you can fill that void by getting down into the trenches and talking directly with fans and even going out and pulling fans in by interacting on other people pages and commenting on their Social Media. Remember everyone has a different vibe and there is no right or wrong way to go about talking to people on your page Engage in any way that you are most comfortable doing so, just remember to try to maintain a consistently positive attitude with your fans and block out the trolls and possible negativity that other might throw at you along the way.

Your Quick Start Guide to OnlyFans Success

So there is your quick start guide to success on OnlyFans in your first seven days on the site. In your first week you should set out the goal of getting your OnlyFans page started on the right track, begin to build out the Social Media channels that have the most potential to draw in new fans and begin to learn the rhythm of the site and the fan community that you hope to build in the long term. Remember that on OnlyFans your success if pretty much 100% up to you, but that you need others to like you and your content in order to get ahead on the platform. If you follow a steady path towards creating quality content and interacting with fans you could very well be the next big success story on the site.

Dabei kann man prinzipiell wirklich jeden Inhalt verkaufen. Wer Spaß daran hat, mit Menschen intensiv zu connecten, ist hier richtig. Wenn Sie gut in etwas sind und Leute dafür Geld bezahlen würden? Sell it!

Und welche Inhalte lassen sich da verkaufen?

Expert*innen-Ratschläge von Beauty- und Fitness-Themen über Musik und Comedy bis hin zu Gaming-Streams. Dabei muss klar signalisiert werden, dass dort wirklich exklusives Wissen verkauft wird. Leute geben Geld für das aus, was sie im echten Leben nicht bekommen. 

Was garantiert Sicherheit?

Unerwünschte Personen können blockiert, entfernt oder angezeigt werden. Wichtig ist auch, das echte Leben von der OnlyFans-Kunstfigur getrennt zu halten und keine privaten Daten, wie die Adresse, zu teilen. Viele bleiben sogar komplett anonym, zeigen nie ihr Gesicht: Auch das kann reizen.

OnlyFans is built around getting and then keeping subscribers long term, but it’s not as easy as it sounds to do

Getting OnlyFans subscribers can be a difficult task and once you have them you want to do everything that you can to retain them. I have gone over many times how to get OnlyFans subscribers on your page but in this article I am going to focus on keeping subscribers once you get them. There are many thing that you can do to improve your chances that most will keep the re-bill on. In most instances making sure to bring them consistent value will keep them coming back for more month after month.

How to Retain OnlyFans Subscribers

So you’ve managed to get your OnlyFans off the ground and have ten to fifty subscribers and you keep working month after month but the numbers never seem to tick up much. Every time you get a new subscriber a few others fall off. Does this sound familiar to you? It’s what happens with most OnlyFans pages and to most businesses. No matter if you are selling an OnlyFans subscription or a magazine subscription you are going to encounter what are called retention issues. I am going to discuss the ways you can increase your retention rate with your current subscribers so that when you get new ones your OnlyFans page will grow and not be consistently shrinking or at a stand still.

1. Competitive Pricing

I wanted to start with pricing because it will always be an important factor when it comes to people initially subscribing and continuing to subscribe. There are a lot of techniques that will get a subscriber in for a low price and then jack the price up a lot after the first month. While this will always be good for getting people to subscribe, it will be a killer to your retention rate. The reason being that you will likely have months of content for them to see as soon as they subscribe and then you will only be updating a fraction of new content to your page each month from what they’ve already been given access to. If you were given a beta of a game and told it was 90% of the game but now they wanted $59.95 for the last 10% you’d balk at that. In the same way when you give out a ton of content in the beginning and the subscriber knows they will basically be paying a full amount each month for another 10% worth of content it can come off as a non appealing bargain. So what do you do about that? Well you make sure that your page is competitively priced each month. Don’t let the amount of your first month offer, say $5 be three or four times that to subscribe the next month. Try to keep it close to the initial offer as possible as far as price. If you are going to make the price a lot higher you need to have justification to do so. Remember you are trying to sell people new content each month on a subscription basis. So in the end you’re selling them that months content each month, not your overall content. Yes they have the opportunity to go back and look at all your previous content but they likely did that when they first subscribed. What is your new content worth each month? Is it worth $5, $10, $20? Be realistic with what you’re selling and you’ll find that you get more subscribers willing to stick with you month after month.

2. Discounts

The whole discount system for most OnlyFans pages are totally messed up because creators are desperate to get people to subscribe in the beginning and forget about the long game. Ideally the discounts should be going to those who are willing to stick with you and subscribe to your page month after month. Those are the people who should be paying the lower prices but because of high OnlyFans competition the discounts are going to the people who least deserve them, namely subscribers who sub for one month and then turn re-bill off or people who just want to subscribe to see the months or years worth of content you’ve produced. These are not typically your loyal fans and it’s a shame that it has to be that way. It takes a brave creator to offer discounts to your loyal fans because you’ll feel like you are going to lose money because they would subscribe anyway. But keep in mind that you are not the only game in town and that they can always lose interest especially if they don’t feel cared about. Wouldn’t it be better to offer your most loyal customers the deepest discounts for subscribing long term just for them?
