Hello. Guys I was playing and then I went outside when I came back I can't log on my caracter. I went on the homepage and it says that my account has been suspended. Please tell me whats the problem.

Hey GM, LeeJiEun (Scania) here. From Singapore, Using Singtel internet network. I can't enter the website.. I told my friends they say maybe because that I'm using Singtel network so I can't enter.....
