I suggest they're under one directory tree, so you only need 1 fpc.cfg. Anyway, try Project->Project Options->Test with your arm-android target chosen. Perhaps the IDE executes fpc instead of ppcrossa...

Away from my work at moment. They are in completely different directory trees. Could that be the issue? Native is where the default Lazarus distribution puts it: ie C:\Lazarus\FPC etc. Crosscompiler...
