I need tethering. Sometimes when I need to use my laptop, it's either when my college's internet is not fairing too well or when I'm somewhere where there's no wifi or open networks

For me, tethering is really not that big of a deal. Any place I would take my laptop has wifi. If I really needed tethering, I'd pony up the $15 for that month and just not care tbh.

It seems this is common with ATT. Looks like I'll be dumping them shortly unless this sh*t gets resolved. T-mo will be my last hope.

Are you using a browser or tapatalk? Not sure why ATT would block the site, I'd like to get this corrected.
