I noted a minor problem this morning.  When I put a time of 2 minutes and 4.5 seconds in for an 800 meter distance, the 800m equivalent performance is listed as 2:03.88.

Thanks.  I was thinking more about longer workouts but that would be 6 workouts per week.  Does it continue with doubles?

You can figure an additional 20% improvement in endurance is possible with a 50% increase in the mileage (due to more workouts per week).

Thanks Tinman!  I put 9:36 for 1.2 miles in your calculator and got a mile equivalent of 7:49. That seems reasonable. With 4 workouts per week, it is also reasonable for mileage to increase.  If they...
